I went to the custom framing department in Michaels to have several paintings framed. I felt overwhelmed with all the matting and framing options and thought it would take a long time for me to make a decision. The sales associate, Victoria, began helping me right away to narrow down what I liked. She also offered suggestions on ways to lower the cost. All in all, it was a success because she took the time to help me:)
