Xiphos (Greek: ()) — Pronounced ‘ZY:PH:OS’. A multi-​functional double-​edged sword of Ancient Greece used for slashing and thursting. It was the Close-​Range weapon of the Spartan.

CrossFit Xiphos is a CrossFit gym and certified Spartan Group X Facility located in Huntsville, Alabama. We use CrossFit training methods and Spartan Code to produce the fastest and most effective results for each member of our community. At CrossFit Xiphos you will be introduced to a team of exceptional coaches that will guide you to your athletic, fitness, and nutritional goals, whatever they may be. From former couch potatoes to elite athletes and everyone in between, we will generate obvious results that cannot be disputed.

We deliver a fitness program which is broad, general and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. The rewards of our programs are evident in the people participating. This results based program offers a fitness that prepares you for occurrences in everyday life.

History

Established in 2013.

CrossFit Xiphos is the only certified Spartan Group X facility in Northern Alabama. We affiliated with CrossFit in late 2013, and we are located in Huntsville, Alabama.
