I went into the store today and got some maintenance parts for my Echo hedge trimmer. I was happy that they had the parts in stock, even thought they were very specific to my unit that is pretty old. I had thought I’d have to buy them online so I was happy to have gotten what I needed and a lower price than I expected.

I purchased a backpack blower fall of 2014. It was on sale and a good deal for an Echo. Recently I had issues with it and took it back to Buddy’s for service. Unfortunately, it had a substantial issue with the motor. Buddy’s contacted Echo and they completely took care of me in just a few hours. Thank you Buddy’s for representing my interest as a customer! Thank you Echo for totally taking care of my issue, hassle free and at no cost to me. I have owned various Echo products over the years and know this was not typical. You make a great product and apparently, totally, stand behind your stuff!
