Baskin-Robbins 31 Ice Cream Store

I have had consistently great customer service here, and all of the treats hit the spot like only ice cream can. Today the girl helping me was super nice and made the greatest milkshake I have ever had. Gold medal ribbon ice cream and heath bar, seems simple but it made me write this review!

A rare 5 stars from me, and it’s a result of the service. Other places I go have young adults with bad attitudes — it’s frustrating to see that around town. They either look like they hate their job, they don’t want to be there, never smile, unfriendly, etc.
I took me kids there yesterday for the first time. The younger working was outstanding! He smiled the entire time, gave us his undivided attention, was sweet to my kids, was professional, dedicated, and truly have the impression that he loves his job.
I hadn’t seen anything like this in… I don’t k ow how long. That long. Note to manager: you have an outstanding employee there who represents your business beautifully. We will be back soon and will hope to have another wonderful service experience.
