Walked in and the agent took my name. No estimate of time. Four employees standing around talking. See picture. At least 6 people waiting. Really?

I haven’t been to this location but the AT&T store on Hwy 72 in Madison was extemely helpful and went above and beyond in helping me get a broken phone replaced under the warranty program.

i lost my 3G iphone on the plane to huntsville and was so sad! unfortunately, the new iphone 4 was only on backorder with a 7 – 10 day in store pick up or a 2 – 3 week at home delivery. as soon as i walked in the store i was greeted by a friendly woman(i can’t recall her name). it was a pleasant experience. if this is normal, i guess i don’t come into phone stores very often except when i need a new one. she put my name down on a list which let me relax and browse the store. the person helping me, Jeremy, was very helpful. he answered all my asked and unasked questions, gave me good tips and activated a sim card for my old, old phone with no hassles. he personalized the service by saying i could personally call his business line if i had any other iphone questions. talk about peace of mind. bottom line is i’d come back to this store if the service is this easy!
