We had our 06 Ford Focus serviced by the Quicklane at Tom Peck Ford in Huntley, IL. Steve really helped us out getting the costs down and getting the job done right. We had to replace our rear brake system which apparently required a saw to cut off! The front ball joints /​control arms also needed replacing. We were not anticipating an expense so large but it had to be done. After all, it is less expensive to repair the car you have than to buy a new one.

The service manager was very helpful. I’m sure my experience was a little unusual, but this is what happened. I had bought the car used from this dealer a little over 2 months ago. I recently looked at the Oil Change Sticker in the corner of the windshield and saw that not only did it need an oil change, it needed one when I bought it. I mentioned this to the service manager and he gave me a free oil change, but he also gave me a free tire rotation.
I will be going back to this dealer because they took care of me and did what I thought was «right» without me having to complain or threaten or …
