Description

Specialties

The Pilates Method uses a series of exercises that focus on the core of the body through stretching and strength training. It combines both eastern and western philosophies to find a muscular harmony and balance. Pilates is a full body workout that uses six guiding principles: control, concentration, centering, focus, precision, and breathing to achieve both sound mind and body. This form of exercise increases vitality, improves posture, tones muscles, helps to rehabilitate after an injury, and helps you love and appreciate your body.
