My iced latte really wasn’t good but the people running this place are really sweet. If I lived here I would definitely give it a second chance. The espresso tasted burnt and actually tasted more like drip coffee to me so maybe it was. And it was way too sweet the doctors may have to take my legs.

Great coffee and such sweet people! They also have tea bags and coffee samples you can buy, and the muffins are fabulous.

Forget the chain stores this is the best coffee. Roasted by hand in an antique roaster every few days.(Yes days!!!). Drinks made with a manual machine that requires actual skill to operate. Buy a drink there and pick up coffee for home. Mmmmmmm

Ok just as a note I know coffee and even like to roast coffee. This place is top shelf. They have great beans and old school roasting which makes for a great cup of coffee. It is a must try.

No room to sit down, but the coffee and chocolates were fantastic! The lady that checked us out was very nice and knowledgable.

I got a white chocolate mocha with an extra shot of expresso. Delicious! If you are in the area, make sure to stop by.

This was a great little local coffee place! Very accommodating and friendly owners, loved talking to them! They roast all their own coffee, and have unique flavored coffee options for those who like that sort of thing.

Awesome, quaint coffee shop. Plenty of selection, however, fresh, hot samples are few. Columbian, French Roast & Hazelnut are the daily staples, while 3 other flavors are brewed & rotated on a daily basis. Prices are in line($ 15.95/lb.) with other specialty & fresh roasted coffee shops, and actually less expensive than some of the online roasters. They do & will ship anywhere with no added handling fee. Do yourself a favor & visit!

I’d give this place no stars if I could. I was in Huntington for a convention, and wanted to try something local, thinking that in a college town there was sure to be a great coffee house. Unilocal lead me here, but this was the first time I felt Unilocalers had mislead me. The store is crammed and dirty. Lots of of older gentleman were standing around talking and I felt like I had walked in on a private party that I wasn’t invited to. I got the darkest roast they offered but the coffee was still so watery that I walked down the street to another coffee shop, asked them to empty out my mug and then refilled it! Lest you think I’m picky, I assure you I’ve had better gas station coffee than this. Bad coffee and awkward ambience aside, the barista made uncomfortable, suggestive comments to me. Never coming back!

This is only place I am buying coffee from now on. I plan on buying a pound of every coffee they have just to make sure my time with this shop is complete. This is definitely a Huntington business that should be supported. I urge you to bring cash to every local business, so you can make sure they are taken care of as well.

The owner there was very nice and let me use my laptop, despite there only being one table inside on this rainy day. There is nothing here but coffee, tea, and bulk nuts, but their selection of each is impressive. Upon the recommendation of my fellow Unilocaler, I got the Kentucky Bourbon roast coffee. I am drinking it now and can second his opinion that it is «soooooo good.» If you’re getting coffee to go in downtown Huntington, this is a great spot. The fifth star was absent because a) I would have been SOL had someone else been there and doing work on the sole table and b) I ended up having to leave in order to get non-trail mix food.

When I was living in WV, this was my favorite place in town. Their coffees are so unique and delicious. They do all the roasting themselves. You can’t get coffee like this anywhere else. Their Kentucky Bourbon roast is soooooo good, I miss it so much!!! And the family that runs it is so nice too. They always kept Da Vinci crème de menthe syrup in stock because I always ordered it in my latte, even though I’m pretty sure no one else ever did. I did order it A LOT though. I miss this place! Don’t forget, it’s cash only!
