Full service fitness facility on the campus of Marshall University. Open for students and community members with a tie to Marshall. (Alumni, Big Green, Faculty etc.)

Pool, climbing wall, track, 4 basketball courts, 3 racquetball courts, 2 floors of fitness equipment, locker rooms, group and instructional programs, facility rentals available, personal training, nutrition consultations, birthday party planning, and outdoor trips.

The Marshall Recreation Center is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle!

History

Established in 2009.

The Recreation Center was built on the Huntington campus of Marshall University to raise the bar in student and employee wellness as well as the health of the Marshall community in Huntington. The Rec Center opened it’s doors in February of 2009 and has become a large part of the local community.
