M & A Motors

I never post reviews because I care not to, but I needed to take some time to post something about this dealership. Much like Noah N’s review, I find parallels to his experience as I experienced dishonesty and lack of transparency. I was interested in a truck they had, but lived almost 1.5 hours away, so it wasn’t like I could get to the dealership any time. I had arranged an appointment with a salesman named Kia (fitting name for working at a car dealership) to buy the truck, after being approved for a loan and conversing on multiple phone calls that I was going to buy the truck. He told me to call ahead to see if the «truck was still available», which was the first red flag. Anyways, I tried to call this shyster, and of course no one picked up. The evening before my appointment, I noticed that the truck had sold, as It was removed off their site listing. The morning of my appointment (5 minutes before I was due to meet with Kia), he calls me back and was wondering why I wasn’t showing up to the appointment. I then told him, «it’s because you sold your truck, didn’t you?» Kia replied «Yes we sold it the other day». In essence, he would have made me drive an hour and a half, to show up to a dealership where the truck I wanted has already been sold. How professional is that? There’s a reason that stereo-​types about used car dealerships and used car salesmen exist, because it’s true. If you are in need of a car and you’re interested in going to M and A motors and dealing with Kia, I’d say it’s better if you went to a Kia dealership and deal with someone named M or A.

M&A Motors are a bunch of scam artists. The worst used car dealer I have ever dealt with. My husband and I just bought a car from them. The car has a lift kit. The car has 9k miles on it. A car with that little mileage should not have any problems. We have had it for a week and my husband noticed something was wrong with the car it needed an alignment. He called M&A about it and they blew him off. So he took it to a specialist who told him that something was wrong with the steering box and the shocks needed to be replaced. We called M&A about it. We wanted the specialist we took it to fix the car since he knew about lift kits but M&A refused and said we had to bring it to their mechanic. My husband asked the owner of M&A if his mechanic knew about lift kits and he says I am sure he does. If I let them fix the car then they would just put a band aid on it and then a couple months down the line when we had more problems they would say sorry not our problem. I don’t trust them to do the right thing. My husband asked for our money back and they said no we are not giving your money back sue us. Never in my life have I experienced such shitty customer service. If you buy used go to a dealer that certifies.

Very dishonest, typical bunch of used car salesmen. Go elsewhere. These professional liars will say anything in an effort to take your money. If you must, go ahead and shop them. Ask a question you know the answer to; you will likely uncover the dishonesty practiced here.

These guys were professional, honest and efficient. They provided me with quality service and acted promptly on any concerns or minor problems that needed tending before the truck was sold to me. M & A Motors is staffed with real gentlemen, free of harassment or hassle. Nice work.
