Winchell’s

Twice i have gone here and both times they messed up my order. the ladies that work there don’t pat much attention to you when u give them ur order. they need a new staff or extra extra.

Food was good but some of the employees there do bad costumer service. They talk to each other wile doing an order. Some people go there when they only have 30 minutes of break and they take almost 20 min to make two chillas. Girls with attitude, takes orders wrong even when we tell them twice, dont cook the food good «bacon was still raw» but im giving two stars because not all of the employees are bad. Two of the employees are very nice and they seem to love working there. But over all i give it two stars.

This place is not good. The service is horrible and the donuts are quite subpar. The bagels are always stale and honestly I might as well buy packaged donuts.

The food is delicious but they have very bad customer service. The girls that work there seem to always be in a bad mood and they have the worst attitude when serving you. The only great customer service I’ve ever gotten from this place has been after midnight where the bakers are up in the front. During the day is something else, I stopped going here because of many bad experiences with the cashiers.

The coffee seems ok and bagels are what i like to go at any winchell’s donuts but the customer service at the hp shop needs some improvement… good luck with that customer service attitude

It’s my third visit to this location. It almost always seems so busy. The seating area inside is very clean and well kept. Staff is very polite and attentive, far better than expected. My kids love their hot chocolate (it really is so good, sweet, rich and warm). The only back draw here is street parking can be difficult. Otherwise great local place for a cup of joe and a doughnut!

They should of built a dunkins I’m disappointed in the effort to bake fresh delicious donuts daily at this location even though I specifically asked for fresh donuts and the gentleman still lied to my face claiming that they just have been put on the shelf Didn’t want Day old donuts like I always ask for, but softy homeboy that works there always gives me them hard day old donuts that I throw in the microwave to soften up

This place is great. Its open ²⁴⁄₇ so whether your in the mood for morning coffee or a late night snack this is the spot. Seems like its always busy too never seen it empty yet.

I’m giving this location 5 stars because:
#1 it’s in Huntington Park
#2 it’s still very clean after being open about a year
#3 the staff are always SUPER friendly as if they truly like their jobs and enjoy helping the customers
#4 I typically order the same thing, the turkey bagel with veggies and spicy mayo. This thing always tastes delicious and is very consistent, no matter who makes it.
I’m sure you’re thinking, ‘hey it’s just a bagel how good can it actually be?!’ But it’s really tasty. The spicy mayo is really flavorful and the girls really make a mean bagel. The bagels are loaded full of turkey and veggies. Yummy. That’s my two cents. Sometimes you can wait a little while cause it gets busy.
Parking is metered at 25 cents per 15 minutes. Quarters only. Meter Maid may not actually stop to issue a citation, in HP they will just get your plate # and send you a ticket in the mail.
