It’s the worst. Never take this service unless you want to upset yourself for no reason.

Had a terrible experience … The bus was the leave at 11:55. It was 12:31 and it had not arrived… called, the company. Customer service sucks… I was told that I had to understand that there was traffic. Called again and was told bus would be late an hour…

The worst service ever. Trip from SD to Vegas was just a torture.
1. Bus was 5−10min late for pickup
2. I called one of their two phone numbers to ask where and when to expect the bus, because I’m at the address but do not know where the exact location is. The lady over the phone keep telling me the address and that its across the hotel (which I already am, but there’s a huge parking lot so I don’t know where they are going to pick up).
3. Didn’t know what type of bus it was when I asked, so I can look out for it. They had to check with the driver when asked and didn’t even bother.
4. Bus driver was unreasonable. I asked to go across the street to get some quick bite/​drink because I’m dehydrated and starving, he said he’s leaving in 2 minutes so I can’t leave. Understandable but he took way longer than 2 minutes to wait for other passengers — and in this time, I could’ve gotten some drink.
5. Mosquitoes in the bus. I had couple of mosquito bites. I was itching the entire ~9 hour trip.
6. The toilet on the bus does not have toilet paper/​tissue/​napkins and no hand sanitizer. Not very sanitary. I could report this to the Environmental and Health Agencies (CDC or EPA).
7. Prior to this trip, I had the trip scheduled a day before but they cancelled it without citing any reasons. Causes some inconvenience.
Never taking buses from this business again. I was very pissed.

I payed $ 55 for a bus that was 3 hours behind schedule to listen to a bus driver whistle for the entirety of the journey which was in the early morning hours while most people were trying to sleep. My total trip from Phoenix to Los Angeles took 10 hrs (including the 3 hrs behind schedule. Typically this journey takes 5 ½– 6 hrs.
OH! And I had NO idea what the bus driver was saying because I don’t speak Spanish, and though I heard him speak English to yell at someone earlier … He refused to repeat any directions in english, even when I’d ask. Other passengers had to translate to myself and several others. I usually ride the Hoang Express (they are awesome! And $ 15 less expensive) but they only offer 1 trip a day at specific hrs so I chose this shitty bus line because of the hours (which ended up being 3 hrs later) and I thought maybe the $ 15 incline might suggest something even more quality than Hoang… I was wrong. Basically I’d rather walk my ass to the destination than take Tufesa again. I want my $ 55 dollars back!

Took this bus from vegas to la. It was late nothing special and wifi didn’t work. But it’s cheap.
