Worst experience ever! Normally I always order my cakes from Sweeties bakery. inGardena…but noooo my sister in law wanted to try this place. The order was placed 2 weeks ago with a pick up time of 7 am. We gave it enough time contacted the bakery at 10 am that we were in route for pick up only to be advised they had made a mistake on the name. THENAME? Its a four letter name«Tino»…are you freaking kidding me??? They stated give them an hour to remedy the situation. We arrived all the way from Gardena at 11:05 only to be advised the cake wasn’t ready… another half hour maybe. This is totally unaceptable and totally unprofessional. This is the first and last time we ever purchase anything from this bakery. By the way Im sitting here waiting for my cake at 11:25 knowing my guests will be arriving at 2pm trying very hard to remain calm. The picture I posted is from a too of a small box containing the cake which now has rubbed of most of the front panel frosting as well as the back ocean blue frosting. Never again

I’m lucky to have this bakery across the street from my house. Whenever a crave pan dulce(which is daily) I just walk on over. Waking up to the smell of fresh bread being baked doesn’t help with my diet.

I go here every morning and night since i live so close to it love catching the fresh bread in the morning thats when its best. I have 3 days seen the same bread and even a donut that has been picked at over the past 3 days u can really tell the difference between a fresh donut and fresh bread from a bread thats been sittin there for over a week. Dissapointed at the fact that they dont even use the bread racks in the windows no more is like they do the bread put them in the mobile racks and thats it. Also its well over pricey i just got me a drink that cost me 1.75 too much for something even at the grocery store costs 2/$ 1

Changed owners years back and bread there was never the same. If you want real pan dulce don’t go here. There are other bakeries around with better bread. Also it’s pricier than other places. And customer service is a foreign concept to them. I’m giving them two stars instead of one just because they have bolillo on days I really need it. But even then it’s still expensive for size and quality.
