Worst customer service rude ass people two main girl that have such a bad attitude I ask one them a question which her name was Fatima horrible basically throws your food at you and the other girl that attending name is Vanessa red hair so bad! My mother asked for food what combinations and she keep asking other questions and wouldn’t answer and talking just bad don’t recommend this place at all

I love the food here but first of all the employees are rude, secondly they turn off the soda refill machine to and you have to ask them to turn in back on to get more soda, btw the coke don’t taste like actual coke it got a taste like bleach, third the sauces and ketchup station is always empty!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would; employees are rude and worthless! I met a friend for a quick bite and the chicken was dry, he told one of the employees it was not was he ordered and he basically refused to help. Girls at the counter look like they are upset and irritated, horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor, go to Pollo Loco instead!

Horrible service not going back ever again. This actual happened to me (along w/​my family) last year around September. That day I could have eaten some other things but I decided to go with Pollo Campero, which was the worse decision ever. We ordered a complete meal along getting some water cups. As I was drinking soda with my water cup, some dude (not sure if he was the manager) snatched the cup out of my hand with the cup touching my lips. I know what I did wrong here but com’on he could of just told me in words to stop drinking and hand my cup to him. I would have easily gave it to him, I would have not caused an altercation, he didn’t even warn me…

This restaurant is the worst restaurant I ever went. The service was bad and my family didn’t enjoy the food and the service. The manager doesn’t care about his customers. Please I repeat please don’t bring your family to this restaurant.

If they can just get better flavor in their food, I would go back for sure…
I was the only white guy in the place and I thought maybe that was a good sign, since it was a local Latino food place. But… not so much.
I was hoping for ½ as good as El Pollo Loco, but it was not close. Yes, I know that its hard to achieve great flavor, but sorry… the flavor was too bland and the overall appeal was not there.
The Cole slaw I could not finish… the mashed potatoes and chicken were below average. Sorry… cannot go back there again.
But… the portions were BIG ! And the service was GOOD… they were nice to me for sure… I even got a Free piece of chicken since the manager noticed that the sizes of the bird they were serving was small. Good service !!
Maybe if you add some hot sauce and garlic powder or something… this would be good ??

I love pollo campero more than el pollo loco. Got more flair. Got pitbull playing on the speakers. Hello! Party over here!!!
The chicken is so good. Fried with special seasoning. I love the plantains here and the yucca. And the guava juice is great.
Perk? You can buy a tv after at la curaçao connecting to the restaurant.

I went to pollo campero the other day and I was very satisfied. The minute I walked thru the door I was greeted and smiled at. When I walked up to the register I was greeted again. When I was ordering the employee was being very helpful, since it was my first time there she gave me a free desert that was a flan. The food was great customer service was great I will definitely be going once again and I definitely recommend it for a family meal.

The service at this place is horrible and they had a holiday cup and you get charged for this without them asking if you want to pay an additional .45 cents for it. When we asked the manager she asked for our cups back and she was being supper rude. I also notice everybody that came in was being charge for the cup without knowing. Worst service and the people that work there are very unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND… Stay away plus very expensive and the chicken pieces are small.

This place will make you appreciate how great KFC is. I’ve tried the chicken salad (limp greens and rubbery breaded chicken), and the wings (anemic and cold). Plus it costs the same as KFC. You’d be better off finding a taco truck. A lot better off.
