Worst McDonald’s ever. They NEVER have ketchup. Always say they«ran out.» I suspect they don’t change the frying oil as I have received food that is extra brownish and tastes like what I’m sure a sticky, greasy stove backsplash would. Also pisses me off when I see the«Double-checked for accuracy» sticker on my bag and when I open it, I am missing an item and/or they got an item completely wrong.

WORST place to go get food even for emergency, the employees are not trained and it’s a reflection of management, I gave this location multiple chances but the the service is always lousy, orders incomplete, inside the place is always a mess sticky floors and the beverage area disgusting, tables with trays and trash left behind, hire more staff and balance their schedule and maintain the place, theres no excuse!!!

I took the drive thru on my break and they completely screwed up my order, and then I tried to go back to fix it after work and they just told me they couldn’t help me cuz too much time had passed. ripped me off a couple of dollars but im sure they do it to others too illegal business model to say the least, don’t waste your time there

Not friendly. A «Good morning and welcome to McDonald’s» will be nice. Cashier’s need to be in a good mood. Customers don’t mind the treatment when hungry. Yes, I could’ve gone somewhere else and I will next time! Manager needs to work in people skills. Remember! You have a job because of us customers.

this McDonald’s always ruins the order somehow. Months ago, I had my sister bring me a Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich. When it arrived, i could not bite into the bun, it was that hard. I only live about 5 minutes away if there’s traffic. It was so hard, I can’t imagine that whoever prepared it did not notice the rock hard bun. My sister went back for a replacement, when she came back it was missing the cheese. Fast forward to yesterday, I had to come to this location because if I went to the one by my job, breakfast would be over. I ordered a Sausage McGriddle with Cheese and a round egg instead of the folded egg. I should have checked my bag but instead I went to work. When I open my bag, I had an Egg McMuffin! I normally don’t mind an Egg McMuffin, but it was also missing the ham, and the egg looked like it came out of a microwave. It really ruined my breakfast. There are always stories like this from this location, avoid it if you can.

This has to be one of the worest McDonald’s ever. I’d rather drive to the next one. The manager should be ashamed and is the one to blame for the way the store is handled and the way the employees treat the customers. The employees are rude. When a customer asks a question, don’t annoyingly reply«what». And they are always out of stock of something.
