Johns Drive-In Hamburgers

I love this place! The portions are huge and the place is very clean. I visit this place maybe 3 – 4 times a month or more, but my parents have their daily coffee here every morning and they love it. The chorizo and eggs is a great breakfast option. The Chilaquiles are delicious. French toast are yummy and the burritos, tacos and chicken plates are amazingly good! The owner and the staff are super friendly and provide great service.

Here for 30 min waiting on my food cuz they gave it to the wrong person, that’s that bull

Dirty rundown grimey burger joint. Off that description you know exactly what I’m talking about. And this place is definitely it. Dirty tables that haven’t been washed down. Flies all on the walls. The whole nine. Don’t even know why I ate here. I got the signature combo which was the burger fries and a drink. All average af. Don’t expect nothing spectacular here. At all. The burger was smaller than expected but I was fine with that. Honestly I don’t even want to come back to these types of places. No Bueno.

I love this place. The bacon breakfast burrito is my favorite & the zucchini fries are the best in town. I prefer this place over Norms and Dennys.

If there were a zero I would give it!!! There was a dead large fly in my salad… they must not wash the lettuce:0(makes me sad I’ll never eat there again & to think I would eat there constantly… I’m defiantly telling my coworkers and thats a lot of customers lost. They did not want to refund me and gave me the worst attitude when I called back to tell them. My advise is to stay away

I’ve been coming to this location for all my life. But recently the food has not been that great. We used to come to eat breakfast but just stopped. The ham was not good. It had veins through all the ham; every cut was hard to do because it would not go through the veins. The French fries are overly seasoned and hard to eat. And they only give you cups of ketchup now when before they used to give you the whole ketchup bottle. As well with the soda, some machine soda is tolerable but their Soda is not. It’s watered down or other times it’s just all syrup.
I should also add that when I call to make an order the lady only asks me «anything else?» And never asks how I want my food. I have to cut her off to tell her and never gives me the option to how I want my food prepared. Granted they are new employees but yeah. It’s just not the same anymore.

Great! Burgers. Fresh… Must try this burgers if around the area. Their thousand island dressing taste good comparing to others… French fries are fresh not filled with old oil… Love this burger place…

They have this breakfast plate called the chilaquiles Guadalajara. It’s chilaquiles with chorizo!!! Omg, amazing!!! Super small and cozy, but gives you the perfect hole on the hall dining experience. I really like it here. They have this chicken sandwich for two that is amazing. Their chicken salad has so much flavor I never think I’m sacrifice flavor. Two thumbs up! :)

My family come here as a tradition for breakfast usually. Everything is always fresh! It’s a little burger joint but that’s what makes it delicious! The Greek salad w grilled chicken is to die for

The employees are friendly and polite, and the food is delicious, try the chicken club plate its bomb!

John’s is a very small place, often crowded and hard to find a table if you don’t get there at just the right time of day. I’ve mostly gone for breakfast. I love the breakfast burrito. Comes with egg, cheese, hash brown, bacon, sausage & ham and they give you salsa on the side. It a large burrito that I usually can’t finish Although I try lol. Customer service is ok, I’ve had days with good & so so but never bad.

Great place! Always enjoy a nice well cooked burger when feeling hungry. The chili fries are good. Breakfast is always on point, friendly staff!

So getting home from work after a long night shift i was pretty hungry, normally i would just go to sleep but my stomach was asking for food lol, i asked my brother if he was hungry also so we decide to hit a burger spot, now theres alot of burger places in huntington park and by experience i know that alot of them arent very special they all kinda share the same taste so thats when i look to my Unilocal and bookmarks and i see Johns drive– in burgers, ive always passed this place going to work or whatever im doin threw my days, so i decided to try it
.We both got the Johns signature burger hit the spot fresh everything the meat tasted great and all the vegetables that where on the burger where super fresh as well… the burger didnt give you that frozen taste most other burger spots give off… the french fries where also good i can say me and my bro where pretty happy that our expectations of this place were right looking forward to go back and trying there N.Y. brisket pastrami sandwhich tell next time

Have been here a few times and the food is always good. No matter breakfast or lunch. Their John burger is one of the best burgers from a fast food diner. It’s big has great flavor and satisfying. Today tried a chicken burrito (my attempt to eat healthier lol) and it was great as well. Their service is good too. Always are nice and take good care of the customers. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is I wish the parking was better, beside they are clearly 4 ½ stars

Burger combo is good here. They have Mexican food as well everything looks so good.

This place is so cheap its amazing. And the food is good.

The menu is huge! On my search for a breakfast burrito while visiting the area I stumbled across this place. The restaurant was completely packed. My burrito was very big (i was only able to finish half) but it was also amazing !!!

I love the chicken sandwich special. fills me up and never lets me down. it is a bit pricey for what you get, but worth it for me.
