One of the worst customer service experiences ever! Called them for lock out services, said they would dispatch someone. A little over 45 min later, I called back because their driver had not called or showed up. Female on the phone«Carmen» argued with me that I had just called 30 min ago and that driver would be the in 15min. Driver finally called me 15min later saying he would be there in 30min. I ended up getting help from a stranger. I get home and tow truck guy calls me that he’s there, when I had already called Carmen to cancel. This company is unorganized, and phone person lacks the skills to assist people in a friendly manner. I’m glad I didn’t end up paying for your services, and if I could give you ZERO stars I would.
