If you need oral surgery (e.g., dental implants, wisdom teeth pulled, etc.), Dr. Torres is the oral surgeon for you. He’s highly skilled, personable, and caring with a friendly, fantastic staff. You’ll feel well taken care of the minute you walk into the office.
Dr. Torres has worked on my husband and my mom. He did a tooth extraction for my husband, and my husband said the experience was as efficient and painless as possible. He had no problems or complications following the procedure, and Dr Torres provided great follow up care.
My mom had a dental implant done by Dr Torres. Dr. Torres gave very detailed information about what to expect from the procedure and took the time to discuss all possible options with my mom. On the day of surgery, my mom was most nervous about the numbing shots, but she said that Dr. Torres gives the most painless shots. Her procedure went very smoothly, and the implant he performed worked perfectly. Again Dr Torres provided great follow up care and made sure to speak in great detail with my mom’s dentist to ensure the crown would fit the implant.
From what I’ve seen, Dr Torres’s work is meticulous. He uses state of the art equipment and stays up to date on the latest industry developments. He has a great bedside manner that will put even the most nervous patients at ease. He’s patient, thorough, and clear, and he takes the time to make sure you understand what’s going on. I get the sense that he and staff understand that oral surgery is a stressful experience, and they try to make it as stress free as possible.
With such great skill and service, Dr. Torres could easily charge more than he does. Pricing is very fair for such high quality of service. I’m not sure what the other Unilocaler was referring to when he said to be wary of the business practices, because I have found Dr. Torres and his staff to be totally honest, and they make every effort to be as accommodating as possible. They really care about their patients. Their office manager is also really great and goes out of her way to make sure any concerns patients have are taken care of.
Parking is available in the lot in front of the office or on the side street.
So, stop putting off that dental work you’ve been needing. Go see Dr. Torres!

Who loves the dentist, who’s not scared of objects being poked and what not in their mouths? Seriously, it’s a place where you get oral surgery done. Anyways, I had Dr. Torres walk me through my procedure of getting my wisdom teeth removed and he is so nice, answers your questions, and gets the information and job done as quickly as possible. The best part about is, you don’t feel a thing! I give it 5 stars because the service was good, pay was worth it, and what matters is the job done right.

The service was unaccommodating and not personable. You know, the type of service you’d expect at the DMV. It’s like stepping in to the fifties when you first walk in here with all the floral decorations and pink. I would not expect an oral surgeon’s office to look like this, maybe a gynecologist’s, though. The receipt they give you is not the type that is a legal document so I would be wary of business practices. Dr. Dorsey himself is seems like a great guy who knows a lot and will take good care of you. Overall not the worst experience but the whole time I was thinking that this would happen in Hungtington Park.
