AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.
Total fraud.
Echoing many posts below, I went in to upgrade one of my lines. Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, sold me a new phone and plan that saved me money and offered a better data structure. I was told my new phone would be available in 2 – 3 days.
One week went by. Two weeks. Three weeks. Every time I called, I got the exact same reply ‘your phone is at the warehouse, should be shipped in 2 – 3 days, we see it on our list’
Finally, I cancelled my order. Of course, this was a huge struggle, tons of excuses as to why my order couldn’t be cancelled. Eventually they agreed, and I was told I would get a refund check in the mail in… you guessed it, 2 – 3 days. It still hasn’t arrived a month later.
I went to an actual Verizon store, was in and out in less than an hour with a new phone and the same upgraded data plan.
I also learned that the ‘new’ phones these folks are selling are actually refurbished.
Steer clear.

zero is my rating; new management: RAY: promised better service then before and that I could have my upgraded phone with everything transferred over in a couple of hours. The next day at 5pm:
1.) they hadn’t started doing anything; 2.) one employee was sweeping the floors when I came in 3.) the phone number Ray gave me, his personal cell was filled up with voice mails so I went down there 4.) they had not even get my phone charged as I was down to no battery 5.) all I wanted was my original phone back and I will take it elsewhere for the upgrade 6.) they are so shady I will take the time to report them to Verizon corporate 7.) i met a woman there who had not had her phone back for 2 weeks!!! i am a business woman and need my phone

My phone met a tragic and early death, but these guys were great in getting me back on my feet with a new phone. Special shout out to Becka, Tabbi, and Patsy for there excellent customer service and technical knowledge. They recovered all of my files and saved the day.

Went in here to buy a I phone 6, and probably sign another two year deal… and they turned me away because I didn’t know my password? Had my drivers license and knew my SS#? I am not a sales expert, but this does not seem like good business to me. I guess I will just go take my $ 600 and buy it from someone else. # Fail!

HORRIBLE!!! This place went way down hill since I first came a year or so ago. No other customers ever there when I am. They keep no phones in stock. I asked for a new iPhone 6s last Thursday and they said it would be shipped in on Monday. I got no call on Monday so I called Tuesday morning and they said they didn’t get the shipment. Then I came in Tuesday afternoon to check and they said they can’t reach the transporter by phone and should be in today, Wednesday, for sure. I go in today and still no phone!!! Been a week and no phone! I called a nearby store and they had one ready for me and I asked for my refund from this horrible store. Got a receipt but it’s not showing on my account, I hope it shows or we got more issues!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! bad customer service, don’t care about losing your business, nothing in stock, and use a sketchy transporter who they can’t communicate with!!!

They are called a third party «Premium Retailer» for a reason.
Do yourself a favor and do not trust these guys.
Terrible service. They are all either standing around or doing multiple things at once. No sense of organization. The employees don’t know what they are talking about most of the time.
Last time my mom and I came in we were thinking of switching to sprint. The dude working there convinced us to stay on Verizon and to even get on their specific store’s insurance plan through the repair shop next door. When my iphone screen cracked months later I came to get it repaired but the verizon guy WHO HELPED ME LAST TIME with my mom said we weren’t on the insurance plan when he convinced us to get on it… One big shiest. He even tried to pull the immature «oh theres a guy who works here that looks like me… he must’ve been the guy that rung you up.» Complete bullshit. That means they must’ve forgot to actually put us on the plan when we left the store.
Anyways, these guys work on commission (They get a $ 50 bonus every time they sell a crappy refurbished Iphone to a customer, for example) so do not trust them. They will try to screw you out of your hard earned money.
Go to a regular verizon store that doesn’t say «premium retailer» underneath the sign. Or at least don’t go to this one. Verizon isn’t the problem, it is these people.
And for the love of god do not get on their store’s specific insurance plan or get your phone repaired at the repair shop next store because the repair shop is even worse. Go to Gadget Parts on Gothard and Edinger for your repairs and you will thank me.

The store and personnel are the worst ever. I agree that the good reviews are fake. I ordered and paid for an iPad and now it seems that it was never ordered. I have called twice and went to the store a second time to check on this order. They are completely unprofessional. Go to any other store and you will do better. I am shocked and hope to get my money back and go to another store. This is the worst ever.

update the manager that reached out on Unilocal has deleted his response. smoke and mirrors. most deceitful people i have been paying 40 a month times 2 years thats almost 1000 dollars in fees i was tricked in to. do not take their word on anything they are crooks and should be shut down. read the bad reviews they are 100% true and the 5 stars are fake
One day these people will screw the wrong person over and will be sorry. My edge BS is almost up I can’t wait to go back to a normal plan. This store made my stomach turn every month I paid the bill
I have NEVER been taken advantage of like this before I wish only that this store is out of business and we get some sort of settlement. (In a perfect world)
Trust the one star reviews and Dont come here, they will take advantage of you all they care about is taking as much money as they can from you. They are bad people

After 2 weeks of extreme headaches and a waste of my life and breath, I found this place and thank god I did. My bill was heightened to an absolutely insane amount due to some faulty overages. Customer service was zero help. Like honestly the CS reps are getting paid for nothing but typing everything I am saying over the phone, like seriously I didn’t need a complaint stenographer. But they apologize for not being able to help due to «not having any authority to take off charges». Then why the F am I calling you… To make a long story short I wish I had found this place 2 weeks ago and saved myself some unnecessary stress. Patsy was nothing short of amazing and was so patient and understanding of my billing issues. Thank you for the unbelievable customer service and just friendly easygoing nature. I left with a smile on my face. I hope you guys are around for a while because I am only coming to you from now on. TY! :)

I came to this store to upgrade my phone. The representative, BECCA, lied to me about all the Verizon stores being on back order, and ordered me a new phone assuring me it would arrive by the following Thursday, Friday at the latest. It is now Monday and still no phone. They are liars and thieves there. They make promises they cannot fulfill. I now want to cancel my order and go somewhere else but the phone is supposedly attached to my account so I cannot cancel the order. Go to another Verizon store if at all possible. BECCA, you should be fired.
I am adding an edit to this review with an update. A very nice employee there, Peyman, was very helpful and accommodating. He was able to finally cancel my order and gave me a refund so I was able to go to another store to purchase a new phone. I upgraded my 1 star to 2 stars because of this gentleman. He even followed up to apologize again and make sure I was able to get everything resolved. Thank you very much, Peyman.

THE LIES KEEP ON FLOWING! I have worked in the restaurant business for 5+ years and have NEVER worked for this company! GOOD TRY in trying to cover you asses, HAHA I AM DYING AT THIS POINT WITH ALL THE LIES!!! I hope everyone reads this!!!
oh and i forgot to mention that they do not even buy the phones directly from the supplier. every time i was in there they had to call the warehouse «cell-​u-​phone»… these people are essentially the equivalent to someone selling you a phone on craiglist, just hidden behind the disguise of a verizon store. when they access your account you can do the same thing from home, they call customer service, ask you questions, and relay it to the real verizon reps over the phone. i am still in shock corporate verizon has not caught on to this scam of a business.

This store is NOT an authorized Verizon store! I called corporate and they have never heard of this store! They didn’t even use my upgrade !
They are definitely running some sort of scam and need to be reported!
They don’t have phones in stock. Not only that but they CANNOT GIVE REFUNDS IN STORE!!! Wtf is that about? They have to send an email to their Hr who is in a different location and it would take 5 – 7 days to receive a refund.
At this point I am fucking laughing. This store is a joke.
Please don’t waste your time here. They are nice people I will give you that. But the way they work and process things is a joke.

I love these guys!
My phone has had heart attacks, strokes and what not and I have gotten 2 replacement phones through them without being charged. They did everything they could to help me.
Recently, I had a dumb moment and turned on my settings to «never lock» and the girl at the friend (I think her name was Jenna, all I remember is she was blonde, pretty and funny) helped me out and even lowered my bill! How awesome is that?
She also perfectly described to me exactly what I would be paying for my next phone if and when I were to come in and get it.
Now the only thing I need to find out is if Fios works in my apartment complex (Huntington Gardens) and I might just switch to their cable from Time Warner.

This is by far the worst verizon you could go to, all of the good reviews aren’t real customers for the most part it’s all employees and their friends trying to bring up their bad ratings. I bought a «new phone» from here and turns out it was a refurbished phone, and that is illegal. Second off the customer service is horrible as well I spent over 10 hours in that store trying to get my phone. They are completely unorganized and and bold face liars! I strongly suggest everyone to reconsider before coming to this verizon. They are full of scams! Selling 7 $ glass protectors for 30 $ and knockoff cases. They never have anything in stock and they have to order your phone and say 1 – 3 business days it took over a week to get mine and when I did it was a refurb! They won’t get away with this for very long. Sorry to the people who have been scammed by this place. And it’s pretty funny reading all the fake reviews they put up for themselves.

If you are looking to go hang out and chat with nice people (and maybe that’s why they have the place decorated like a lounge now), this is the place for you. But if you’re looking to actually BUY a phone or get other help, steer clear of this store!
Wish I had read the reviews of the experiences others had here before I ever set foot in here! Lies, run-​around after run-​around after lies. Over one month of this. End result: lots of empty promises and no phone!
Something is seriously wrong and it’s quite suspicious. They have no stock. They claim to send someone to City of Commerce 5 days a week to pick up a few phones. Then those phones customers «order» never make it to the store. How can you send someone to get «inventory» (and this makes zero sense as it is) and not have any inventory – ever? How hard is it to get one iPhone??? Every other store in the area has plenty of phones in stock.
I finally had enough, went to another store and immediately got my phone. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Just when I was about to give up on good customer service I found this Verizon location which blew my mind. These cats are out of sight you cannot go wrong by doing your business here you’ll get your money’s worth

If it was possible to give no stars that is exactly what I would give this store.
This review is overdue, I initially wanted to write this review months ago but I just haven’t had the chance but I feel its necessary that I warn people on what can happen if you do business with this store.
My first tip is that if you are considering to sign up with Verizon its best not to go to a retailer regardless of the location, doing business with the corporation is much different then with a retailer.
Many retail stores including this one, aren’t concerned with providing customer service they are only there to do one thing which is to sale to you. They have crazy goals that I have to reach in order to make their commission and they are willing to do just about anything to reach that goal including lying to you about what your singing up for.
My story is way to long to write because it literally took me over four months to resolve it so I will just give you the basics.
I came to this verizon to start a plan for just myself. I knew exactly how much I was willing to pay and what kind of plan I was looking into, i was shopping around all day for a carrier and looking for the best deal, this verizon offered a deal that I could not refuse. Because I can’t say any names on Unilocal I wont say who helped me.
The person who «assisted» me told me that the company had a promotional rate that would give me a certain amount of GBs for a really great rate. I jumped to the opportunity and I signed up for a two year contract. It never crossed my mind that he wouldn’t be telling me the truth.
Later on when I got my first bill is when I discovered that I was set up on a completely different plan that not only cost me twenty dollars more a month but also I had less GB’s then I was told I was going to have.
I contacted the store right away to tell them about this mistake. I must have called over ten times the first month this happened. I kept being told that the problem was going to be resolved and that they were «working» on it.
After two months passed of hearing that they were working on it I finally got feed up and told them that it was evident that they were not being honest with me about actually attempting to resolve the issue. At that point a new store manager started to work for the store and he «guaranteed» me that he would fix everything that happened.
I stupidly enough believed him and gave him another few weeks to handle my case. He also did not fulfill his promise of fixing the issue. When i started to question him about why it was taking so long for them to fix my contract to what they told me I was being singed up for, he said it was because his employee (the person who sold me the plan) said that I was lying about what happened and he believed him.
Yes that is literally what happened, i wish this is was a joke.
Anyways the arguing between me and this store went on for months, I was actually just about to report them to the corporation and to BBB but I settled for a change in my plan that was cheaper but not what I was promised at first. The only reason why was because I eventually got tired of fighting back in forth with the store. They were driving me crazy.
If there’s anything I learned from this is that doing business with a Verzion retailer is not a good idea once so ever. Their main goal there is to make as much money as possible regardless of the harm it may cause the consumer.
if anyone working at the store is reading this I advise you this– you don’t need to lie to make a sale, you don’t need to screw someone over to reach your store goals. Being honest with a customer, kind, and helpful will help you reach your sale goal and also the customer will leave happy.
if you are a customer never go to a verizon retail store, if you need to make purchases, change in your plans, or have questions go to the corporation they are trained to have customer service skills and they get in trouble for lying to customers which is why they won’t do that. Overall stores like these hire just about anyone, they don’t train employees and the managers there are only considered about making profit.

This place is awesome. I always dread going into a Verizon store because of the corporate sales pitches and price haggling. But oh my gosh… This totally different. Josh and Chris were running the whole operation and doing it in the most transparent and customer service friendly way possible. No sales no pushing… Just really wanting to actually HELP their customers. I seriously wanted to stay and hang out with these guys they were THAT awesome. Long story short, we found out that someone hacked into my account and stole my information and my upgrade! Josh was on it! They hooked me up with a new iPhone 6! I’m telling everyone to go here now! Can’t wait to go back.

Exceptional service. Everyone is efficient, friendly and they strive to give you the best deals. They will answer quick questions, give you shortcuts, they are polite and they take care of you. Shout out especially to Louie, Ezra, and Tanner!

Almost identical experience to review posted by «Curt E.» In summary, they overpromised and underdelivered.
To start off, the sales people are pretty friendly, however communication is suboptimal both from a customer standpoint and within their store. For instance, I ordered 3 iphones from them a couple of days prior to Christmas and was told I would possibly recieve the phones on the ¹²⁄₂₅. And to my delight they called me on the 25^th. However, when I drove to the store to pick them up, they apparently only had 2 of the 3 iphones and they couldn’t release them until the entire order was in. They made a mistake and said they would call me when the 3^rd one came in. Understandibly, it’s the holidays, but still no word on my iphone6.
