History

Established in 2002.

Graduated with a BA in English from UCLA in 2001 and was approached by an existing, extremely successful realtor to come in under her wing and be taught the ropes because she thought I had the «it» factor, whatever «it» is responsible for making a good realtor!

I thought I would try my hand at real estate until I decided to go back to school and pursue my J.D., but that never happened… I enjoyed my work very much and was extremely successful. The rest is history; I was able to buy my first house by the age of 23 and then never had the financial freedom to go back to school.

Now, I’ve had my share of the good, the bad, and the ugly! 2005 started one of the worst real estate downturns to date but I am fortunate enough to have weathered the storm and come out ahead.
