Time Center

Took my luminox for a new battery. I noticed moisture in the watch a few days later so I took it to different place to fix the problem and they told me the watch Backing with the seal was put back together improperly. I should have known that it was a poor job when they didn’t even set the time after they replaced the battery! I wear it all the time and rarely take it off, its suppose to be indestructible… not after they handled it!

I called this morning asking if they could replace the battery in my Fossil watch. They said they could do it in 10 minutes and it would be about $ 10. It ended up only taking 3 minutes and it was $ 10.80! SUCH a great deal! Especially compared to Fossil, who recommends you mail it in and it’ll be fixed within 2 – 4 weeks for about $ 40 (no way!). I highly recommend Time Center!

I was cleaning out my closet and found 8 watches that did not work. So, I was thankful that the Time Center was nearby and brought the watches to them. I was told it’d take about 30 minutes to replace the batteries and check to make sure they worked. So, I left the watches with them and came back the next day. They had replaced the batteries in 7 of the watches and I was pleased to see that the time was accurately set to the correct time. The cost was $ 68 to replace the batteries for these 7 watches (ranged from $ 8/​battery to $ 10/​battery). The 8^th watch needed a whole new mechanism which would cost $ 58, so I decided to not repair that one.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I am very happy to have 7 watches that work again. In the future, when the batteries run out, I will just take them to Time Center rather than buying a whole new watch.
Oh, and I checked out some of their jewelry and bought two large circle earrings. So pretty, and just what I needed.
I’ll definitely be going back when a watch needs a repair or new battery.

Excellent watch repair shop and service center, took my omega watch in to get it resized the young girl I spoke to over the phone was very professional and gave me a very straight forward answer as towards the price, went over to the shop and 15 mins later I was very happy the watch repair person did an excellent job thank you for your work, excellent job.

Took my Tag in for a battery, price was good $ 18. My husband usually does this for me but i was already out. The store could use a remodel, i did not see any new products which made me think it was just for repairs. When I returned in 10 min the woman told me that my Tag dive watch is no longer water resistant or did not pass a pressure test. It was very hard to understand her I thought she said I need repairs. The other woman spoke slightly better english and said it did not pass pressure test. I asked
passed it before they changed the battery and she said they dont test before. So my expensive Tag went from dive watch to worthless in 10 min and $ 18 bucks! Awesome

Brought 3 watches here to get the batteries replaced. 15 minutes later and they were done. Young girl who helped me was really nice and the service was quick, which is always appreciated!

When the watch repair near my house shut down, I didn’t realize I would have to now rely on a watch repair place 2 towns over because these places are so few and far between. I went in on a Monday to get the battery on my watch replaced. This store may be unassuming from the outside, but there were more than a dozen people inside! There were also hundreds of watches for sale. I wish my husband and I had thought to check here when we were watch shopping for him. I was told my watch would be ready in 30 minutes, but I opted to return another day and low and behold, again this place was fairly crowded and busy. Good job Time Center seems like you’ve found a niche.

Checked around to get a watch battery changed. This place had the best price and did it while I waited. I’m very satisfied with their service and price, thanks!

Great Service. Battery’s changed on 6 watches and 2 watch bands purchased. They are a friendly family business. Could tell from others in the shop this is a shop that is come to «time» after «time». Hubby will be getting a new watch for Christmas. Great selection.

The only reason I am reserving a 5-​star rating is my needs were quite simple, link removal. The price was reasonable, service was fast, and the staff friendly. Also for a small shop to have 3 other customers in the establishment at the same time speaks of how good the must be. I will come back for any watch needs in the future.

Amazing place! Staff is super friendly and fair prices! They couldn’t remove some links from my watch but they still did some readjusting for free!

I have had watched repaired and batteries replaced here for several years and have always had good service. They are friendly, straight forward and have fair prices. They are also quick.

The service here is excellent. I was quickly greeted when I walked in even though there were other customers. I was surprised how busy they were but they asked me how I was doing and how they could help me. I just came in for a battery change and since I wasn’t from the area I used Unilocal and it directed me here. The battery change took only about 15 minutes or less. Everything went smoothly and they were so friendly. Highly recommend Time Center for any watch repairs or battery replacements! The watch stores near my house aren’t as friendly and helpful as Time Center.

Went in on a Thursday, April 23, 2015 and needed to replace my battery for my watch. This was my first time here and was the only customer. I waited for 5 minutes and the service was quick and profressional. It costs me $ 12.95 for the battery replacement.

Needed a battery replacement for my watch. Wait time on a Saturday afternoon was only 10 mins. $ 10.80 for the cost of battery. Great prices and I was in and out!

This place isn’t bad for basic things like battery replacement or removing links. They were unable to fix my silver band which had the links bent together.
The other annoying thing about this place is that they don’t have consistent pricing. I was charge $ 15 to remove a link from another watch. While I was waiting, someone else came in and spoke to a different sales associate and he was told it was $ 10 to remove a link.
When I brought this up they gave some lame excuse that my watch was harder to remove. This is not true as my band was very basic. The sales associates here are also a bit rude and unhelpful when you ask questions.
I would take my business elsewhere

As far as watch repair shops go, this shop isn’t particularly skilled at more thorough investigation and repair. They seem to be little more than a watch battery replacement center. Sure, they’ll do other things like put a new strap on a watch, or put a new piece of glass on, but they simply refuse to do any sort of investigation into the inner workings of a watch (even a simple Quartz) to figure out why it’s not working as it should.
I brought in a watch which had been dropped. There was no visible damage and the watch would, sometimes, tick and then mysteriously just stop ticking. I expected a watch repair shop such as this one to be able to figure things out, or at least TRY to solve the problem. Instead, they slapped a new battery in the brand-​new watch and said they figured that was the problem.
No, Time Center, that is not the problem, and it is remarkably dumb to just dump a battery into the watch and leave it at that.
Additionally, they did all of this «repair» without my consent. What I wanted to know was WHY the watch wasn’t working. Nobody asked me if I wanted the battery replaced, and they asked me to pay for the deed anyway.
There is a legit watch repair shop inside South Coast Plaza. They repair real timepieces. I think I’ll be going there for everything I need, including simple battery replacement.

So far so awesome. These fine gentlemen have removed moisture, tightened a dislodged seconds hand, and swapped out a dial and hands set on different watches for me. All automatic watches. The service has been top notch and they have always delivered on time. The pricing is very reasonable as well. I really appreciate the custom work they have completed for me because I like my automatic watches.
When they removed moisture from 1 watch, I noticed very slight remnant of water stain underneath the glass. I brought it back the next day and it was cleaned up quickly without any questions.
The store front is bright and clean. The gentlemen behind the counter are always well dressed with button up shirts tucked in. I know this is a minor detail. However, in this day and age where sloppy attire is widely accepted, I appreciate a business which clearly takes pride in its overall appearance.
I would recommend Time Center HB for your watchmaking needs. Very reasonable pricing for the quality of work.
