She was very helpful and and helped us through this rough and stressful time. We received our Discharge papers about 2 months later and it was such a great feeling to be able to put it all behind us and start fresh. Although she didn’t take our case because it’s not within her scope of practice, Tina and her staff were gracious in taking the time to listen to us. Most of these reviews appear to be from colleagues or friends and not actual clients. I am an actual client. I retained Tina Trinh and filed BK which included IRS debt. Tina got me discharged! But I felt she was lacking in knowledge in regards to tax issues and the IRS. Yes she was nice! All communication is via text and email which was fine with me… She answered inquiries promptly… but if you have tax issues involved, Id suggest a different attorney that is more familiar with tax issues. Other than that I could recommend her as she is capable of getting the job done.
