Jeff and his wife Brooke have owned and operated The Mail Center since August of 2015. Jeff has more than 10 years of experience in the printing industry and Brooke has more than 12 years of assisting her Mom in owning and operating another Mail, Shipping Center in Long Beach, California called The Mail Box. Jeff and Brooke are also both Public Notaries and will continue to offer this service to their customers.

Always kind and friendly service. Always very pleasant to deal with. I hate it when Unilocal makes me do this. They always want a long drawn out review. Bottom line is I shopped at this place many times and they’re always fast friendly courteous and kind I shopped at other mail center is where they have an attitude because you need to put a piece of tape on a package bottom line is close to my house and there always every time friendly

I was never treated nicely by this young lady, Melissa, i had to use this location because it was the only one near my home. She never had positive energy or a smile for customers, at least not me. I do not recommend this establishment. i am now at boxfli in Costa Mesa. Thank you for you time.

I only come here to pay my bills and I only receive dirty looks for some reason from this young woman. I’ve seen her being super nice to other people but when is my turn she completely changes. I know this review doesn’t really matter because she won’t change her attitude but I just wanted to write it anyway. No one should be treated bad for no reason.

The best place, not a penny increase in fees for 13 years. melisa who works there is one of the nicest person you ever meet.

Live scan & Fingerprinting
I went there for TrustLine registration.
The lady who operated was very nice and did in a professional way.
It cost $ 80.
Later, I had to go back there because my first fingerprint quality was not good enough to be used according to the letter I got.
It was not her fault. The reason was the unclear fingerprints of some of my fingers.
The redo was done for free! (The advance call is needed.)
Even so she did more even more carefully than before for me.
I appreciate her business.
There was a nice, pretty and calm dog, too.
She was friendly enough to give me the paw spontaneously.

Finger printing
I came in for finger printing for a new job. The lady working was really nice and got through my finger printing quickly. It was $ 90.
I also came here to fax a piece of paper. They guy behind the counter was very nice. They had two cute dogs there. My one piece of paper was $ 1.50. The End =)

Every month I have to deal with the lazy and rude woman that works at this place. She has no personality at all, her people skills are incredibly bad. This place has to be family owned since there is no way I would ever hire someone that is so damn lazy unless they were family.
The last 3 times I’ve gone in there she is laying on the floor with the dogs, she looks up and notices me standing there, give her dogs some pettin and lovin, before she decided to get off the floor and help me.
One time i went in there and there was a line of people (6 – 7 people) waiting for her to finish her conversation with a friend («no way, I can’t wait til i get home to fine out what happened!») before she started helping customers. I hate this place! I instantly get mad every first of the month because i know im going to have to deal with this woman! grrrrrrrr
Also, it’s expensive to fax! I had a 5 page fax and it was 9 bucks! I don’t fax that often so i dont know what the average is, but I think kinko’s would be cheaper

Thank you Unilocal and thank you Jennifer M for your incredibly helpful — and right on the money — review of the Mail Center of Huntington Beach! Headed home from a conference in Laguna Beach with way too much stuff to fit in my suitcase I popped up Unilocal on my iPhone and was quickly on my way to visit Boomer and company… and only a few pleasant minutes later (even the other customers were friendly and smiling!) I was packed and shipped and back on the freeway, just like that! And my conference materials arrived home not long after I did, in perfect condition. Five starts, no question.

I will never again stand in line at the post office to ship packages. Not when you have independent mail centers like this one nearby.
My boss has a secure mailbox at this location, which he has been very happy with after his previous mail center in nearby Fountain Valley closed up shop.
I come here whenever I need to send something larger than an envelope by USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. They have all sorts of shipping supplies in case you run short: boxes, padded envelopes, tape, mailing labels, etc. The girl that works here is super sharp and informative when it comes to deciding the best (quick & cost effective) method of shipping something. She’s also a notary in case you need anything notarized.
Warning: You may be greeted by her huge but adorable & very friendly boxer dog Boomer who is often seen hanging out behind the counter.
There is no signage visible near the street, but they’re in the same center as Supercuts and US Golf HB, on the west side of Beach Blvd in between Terry Dr and The Olive Garden restaurant. If you’re traveling north on Beach, you’ll have to do a left turn or U-​turn at Terry to get into the parking lot.
