Trent has been a fantastic asset to our family estate planning. He was extremely helpful, thorough and reasonable, and help us set up a trust we are confident will secure our daughter long after we are gone. Later when questions came up about my parents’ estates, Trent went over them with me and helped me get clarity on the details as well as understand how to best incorporate them into our own estate. I reached out to Trent for advice on my small business structure. I’m currently a Sole Proprietor and had some questions about making the switch to an LLC. I emailed his office over a weekend and was pleasantly surprised to receive an email back from him directly to set up a time to meet– I assumed I would be put through to an administrative assistant to work out scheduling. That demonstrated right away his commitment to his clients.
Trent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions and even brought up a few important legal issues that I hadn’t thought of, but pertained to my business. He was super approachable and easy to talk to. Reaching out to a lawyer to talk business can be intimidating for someone who is new to entrepreneurship! But Trent made me feel very comfortable.
One last thing that stuck was how encouraging he was of my business and success I have had since inception. He was really interested in what it was I am doing and seemed to honestly just be really happy for me! (Even though I just met him!) Great guy.

Very professional. Listened very well and provided me with good advice on how to proceed over a personal contract dispute. I have to said Trent Marcus is very professional and up to today. I own a small business and have had the opportunity to work in customer service in the past. With that being said, I personally understand and am very aware of sincere, quality customer service.
I called Trent with a few questions about liability insurance and he honestly (and warmly) gave me some advice, a few tips and answered all of my questions. Not only was he extremely friendly, he was very genuine, professional, and did not try to rush me off the phone despite the fact that I did not need his services at that moment. It is a difficult and somewhat intimidating process to find legal help but Trent made it an easy, unforgettable experience.

Trent did my husband’s and my family estate planning. We went in to Trent’s office basically blank slates. I’d done some research online so I had an idea of what we needed but I wasn’t totally clear at first on the different documents involved (will vs. trust vs. power of attorney) and what they meant.
I know that technically, what we paid for were the documents that Trent put together for us. However, I consider the education he gave us in addition to those documents to be invaluable. I found Trent on Unilocal and I needed some general legal questions answered.
Normally, when you call an attorney’s office, you’d get the secretary/​paralegal answer the phone but I was pleasantly surprised it was Trent on the other end. Was very easy to talk with and provided his legal advice in layman’s terms.
Sometimes it can be quite intimidating to speak to an attorney, but Trent was very forthcoming and exemplified the utmost professionalism.

Trent was an amazing attorney to work with. Very personable and easy to talk with. And he was able to take care of our property transfer with ease.
As other reviewers have mentioned, he is extremely knowledgeable, but able to communicate all of the legal jargon in simple terms so it was easy to understand.
I thought the whole process of transferring real property was an extremely complicated process, but Trent was able to take care of it in a couple documents in just a couple weeks. Also, his fee was much lower than what I expected it to be.
The entire process of working with Trent was awesome, and I will definitely be referring him over to others as well as going back for additional advice in the future.
