First off I really have to commend Adam & Heinz at SRZ Hunttington Beach CA. These guys are simply awesome. I had an amazing experience with them. They got very clean & well maintained cars with clean titles & their prices are very moderate & reasonable. It really looks & feels like new. You gonna love it I can assure you. First I called them to seal a deal on a 2003 Jaguar S-​Type 4.0 & they responded so quick & fast. We sealed the deal & I came around to check the jaguar & test drive it. It was even cleaner than what I saw in the picture on their website. It was well washed inside & outside before I arrived. It was well taken care of & it was so good to go. They have 3 months warranty on their cars. I got the car & started driving the jag for almost 2weeks then I noticed there was a little leak. I called Adam to inform him about the leak & he asked me to bring it in the following day so it can be fixed right away by a auto mechanic who deals specifically on Jaguars. Adams gave me another car to drive while the jag is been fixed. I got the jag back after some few days & believe you me it was beyond perfect. He even replaced some other things I didn’t even noticed. I got the jag back in the most perfect condition ever. The jag was moving like it was brand new & up till today everything is just as perfect as ever. I will recommend SRZ to anyone & even my families & friends they are simply the BEST!!!

Stay away from these crooks!
The car we bought started showing problems — and we haven’t even gotten the license plates yet (less than 90 days) — it basically just came off the lot. Took it to the Jaguar’s service dept. for repair — we bought a jaguar (a beautiful car on the outside!!) — the cost of immediate repairs is over $ 2000 (receipt attached) plus another $ 6,000 of necessary service (quote attached). We did purchase the 3 year additional warranty when buying the car thinking it’s reliable, but apparently it doesn’t cover the «entire car’s frame falling apart» problem!
SRZ refused to pay ANY part of the repairs saying «Jaguar dealer is over charging»… yeah right.
I think SRZ IS OVERCHARGING selling lemons!!!
Reporting to Better Business Bureau for sure and going to my lawyer.

I should’ve went with my gut when i saw the evil eye hanging over the office door .I am discussed by the way I was treated and spoke to by MJ. i purchased a 2005 BMW in oct of last year from Danny and Calvin car ran rough brought it to gkm ask they told me everything fine. Then 4months later check engine light on brought to my mechanic to find out car needs a new engine (this is after 5 months of owning) I came back to srz to speak with Adam who them told me I had a 6 month warranty not to worry everything will be fixed. I then bring it back to their mechanic jimmy at gkm after my car sat in their shop for TWO MONTHS I receive a call that my warranty was not granted do to pre existing problems. I then called srz to ask what to do from here I was told by MJ and I quote «we’ve been nice and didn’t have to do anything for you we already made our money» now I’m left with a bad credit score and a repo on my credit. Please don’t buy into these guys with there witty personalities and nice smiles at the end of the day they are your stereotype use car salesmen

These guys are CROOKS! Bought a car from them, it broke down with a week, took it back, kept my car in their repair shop for over 2 months! Got my car for the second time. it broke down after about 3 weeks. The ENTIRE engine block shifted down while I was driving. In fact, a AAA mechanic told me I was lucky to have survived! Yeah, I guess the car they sold me, wasn’t even supposed to be on the ROAD. Luckily, it happened as I was pulling into a gas station!
Now they won’t give me my money back, and now I have to continue paying for a car that is the shop!!!

Wow these guys are great, they did such an amazing job working with me and my wife On getting the car. Let me tell you they bent over backwards to get the car ready for us to get everything in order and we’re kind and gracious, they can get you any car you want and they’re great place to do business. I will absolutely buy my next car through them, and hopefully many more to come. We went to five different dealerships looking at cars in these guys definitely earned my business. If you were looking for a car the matter what kind if they have it on their lot or not they will find it for you and take great care of you this is definitely the place out tell everyone to buy from.

I have had great experience at srzauto… I have bought two cars in passed two year. And even recommended few friends who have been very happy with there purchase. One real thing to say about this place is that Adam and Allen have heart for ppl who have issue with credit. They find solution to get the ride you want. All there cars comes with 30 to 90days warranty.
I will recommend everyone to give SRZAUTO opportunity to serve them. And will even help you to get reasonable insurance for your car. They have a agent who can work with any kind of record, no license and international license.
