Meet the Business Owner

Nik A.

Business Owner

Growing up in sunny Orange County, Nik always enjoyed athletic pursuits. As a child, Nik loved gymnastics, swam on the local swim team, and enjoyed riding bikes and surfing until she was utterly exhausted. She also played varsity soccer and softball at Irvine High School. Nik is no stranger to punishing her body, and she did it on a regular basis.

Since graduating UC San Diego, Nik struggled with transitioning to the sedentary life of an office worker. She developed back pain, gained weight, and suffered stress-related health issues.

Yoga entered Nik’s life in 2009. After a class at the local gym, she took fell in love and never looked back. Yoga has helped Nik to manage her stress, strengthen and tone her muscles, and regain a positive relationship with her body. Nik has been able to regain her health and life because of her yoga practice, and she wants to help her clients do the same.

Her favorite sessions include a fun, slow flow peppered with restorative postures.
