Just came on to get a phone number to refer a friend and realized I never shared our experience.
We developed a bad termite problem right before the birth of our baby. The little buggers were so loud we could hear them clicking away at night.
Seashore was so nice and went above and beyond to put us at ease and answer all our questions.
The service was excellent. Professional all the way!

Used Seashore to fix termite damage. Their customer service was very professional. Our sales rep Brian answered all my questions and explained their process. Their workers were polite, considerate and hard working. They completed on time. The yard was cleaner than when they started. They were also able to match our paint which I’m sure was not easy to do. I would def recommend Seashore.

I recently hired Seashore to fumigate a house I just purchased.
Service — 5 stars. The team at seashore has great customer service. Easy to get in touch with and worked with me on the price and job. Very professional.
Actual Job — 2 stars. They showed up on time and finished on time. I’m assuming all the pests are gone. However, it turns out that during the fumigation, a lot of roof tiles were broken. My roof has older tiles but there was a significant amount of damage from either the workers walking on it and/​or the tent. You sign a waiver releasing them of all liability so there is not much I can do…
They offered to work with me afterwards (i.e. finding someone to repair, etc)…they were in contact for a day or two then dropped off.
If you have an older roof, make sure you are prepared for some roof damage

Had termite work done by someone else at some point in time. The bugs came back. This time we used Seashore and were very pleased. The price was very fair. they didn’t try to upsell us, and we are still bug free! Thank you Seashore

We were having our house painted and some old dry rotted wood replaced. Our contractor found an area with live termites. We contacted Seashore (we have used before with excellent results) and they sent out a rep to do inspection of entire home. They scheduled the service for the very next morning. They were on time, professional, and there quick response allowed our contractor to stay on schedule with the other work going on.
We would definitely recommend and will continue to use Seashore

John and his team at Seashore are very friendly, helpful and punctual. I recently brought a drum from overseas and noticed at home that it had little creatures living in it. I researched my options at Home Depot but no luck. I came over to Seashore and Molly put me in touch with John and in less than 24 hours my drum was in treatment. Yeiii… John talked to a home owner and got approval to place the drum at a fumigation site. John is also very knowledgeable, he recognized the kind of termites I brought over just by looking at the wood. He and his team were very prompt and helpful, I could not recommend them more! I am a Realtor and only use Seashore. They are the best and always professional. My friend just called and asked me who I would recommend. I didn’t hesitate to say Seashore. My parents also had a bee hive growing in their attic. Seashore came out the next morning and resolved it. I would recommend them everytime.

I had a last minute emergency where I thought I had a dead mouse or rat in my kitchen and I had to have someone come out and check. My dogs were going crazy and the smell was awful.
I called around and no one was available for a same day appointment. Seashore didn’t have an available appointment either but they knew I had been trying to get someone so the owner came out to my house same day! He did an inspection, and took care of everything fast.
Happy Happy Happy! No more rat smell and very nice guy who did the work.

Seashore came at the recommendation of a relative, but we did not have a positive experience and will be calling someone else out to do the work.
Last week, we were redoing the trim in an upstairs bedroom and found termite frass along the bottom of a wall. We had Seashore come out the next day and look at that area as well as the rest of the property, indoors and outdoors. That area was the only place evidence of termites were found. At that point, the employee quoted $ 900 for injecting all the walls in the house with a poison or $ 600 for a spot treatment of that one area. He said the $ 900 option included a 2 year warranty.
At that point, we also had a discussion about an annual warranty, which I believe he wanted around $ 150/​year for. I asked why I would begin paying for an annual warranty now if I opted for the $ 900 option that included a 2 year warranty, and he was unable to adequately explain that, which I chalked up to the company having a poor pricing structure at the time, but now I believe it was just the employee not understanding his offerings or intentionally misrepresenting the value of them to us. I ended up choosing the $ 900 option and we asked them to come back the following Tuesday to perform the work.
Upon him leaving, my wife looked through the paperwork and did not see the two year warranty, which led to us calling the company and assuming we had misheard him since they insisted it was a 1 year warranty that they offered if the whole house was done. After what happened below, I now assume that we heard him right the first time and he was either very misinformed about what his company offered or flat out lying to us.
On Tuesday, another Seashore employee arrived to perform the work and said that the work order only called for spot treatment of that one area plus the attic rather than all the walls in the house. He waited outside while we tried to reach the original Seashore employee that was there the week before. When that individual called back, he confirmed that the $ 900 was for only the attic and the spot treatment of the one wall. That was not what we were verbally quoted, so we sent the second guy packing, who I feel bad for because he showed up for a job he couldn’t work through no fault of his own and my wife said (I was at the office today) he seemed like a nice guy that was sympathetic to us feeling like we were being baited and switched.
I have been in sales or working with salespeople for most of my career. The only thing I despise more than inadequately trained salespeople unable to properly represent their products and prices is salespeople that are unwilling to do so because they are dishonest. Employees should not be let in front of customers by themselves until they can adequately and honestly answer common questions and counter common objections. Employees should be flat out fired if they intentionally misrepresent the value of their offering to try to win new business. Both situations can be detrimental to the success of a business in this day and age where online reviews are frequently written and widely used. I will not be working with Seashore again and cannot recommend them in good conscience to anyone I know.
