Nikki is exceptional at taking care of her clients. She offered to fix the mistake on my hair, although I politely declined, she has resolved the matter professionally and quickly. Instead of accepting the fix, she has given me a refund. Thanks for everything Nikki! I’ll return for my nail needs :)

Niki, Tam (Tammi) and the staff are very accommodating and do excellent work .
The quality of the gels last much longer than most. The manicures are excellent and the sea salt scrub with the manicure is amazing .
The service is also done in record time with the same quality one expects ’

The staff are friendly and the owner is pretty nice. The salon is near my work place so I def. will come back. Love the way that they treated customer. I feel spoiled. Price are reasonable. Love it!

The girls here are all so sweet! I’m so in love with how my nails turned out. I usually don’t get my nails done but I think that is about to change!

I have to write another review. I came here just for the deals on Monday $ 20 for gel nails and Tues ONLY $ 13 for a Gel color change… This place is amazing. Nikki is a sweetheart, but the thing is the gel STAYS on for literally 3 weeks, Yes my nail beds grow out but I work ²⁴⁄₇ with my hands and I have had them done a few times here and I have never had a chip or anything! I cheated and went on a groupon to another nail place and the gel came off in 4 days. I drive all the way from Lake Forest just for this place!

Awesome service, and very friendly staff. Their chairs are comfortable and very pretty. I love that it has a small intimate atmosphere. They also give loyalty cards which is great. Will definitely return.

Tried out the groupon deal and ended up getting my hair done along with it! I was going to go to my regular Salon but thought I try Nikki out and she did such an amazing job! Hair is so important on how it turns out and makes me feel after and I love it! Nikki was very personable and made my whole pampering day for me super awesome! Definitely taking my friends here next time!

Be careful getting your hair colored here, they claim to be experts and experienced with coloring
My hair was over processed, I lost 3″ of hair due to the mistake of my hairdresser, a word to wise, avoid this salon for hair coloring !!!

I’m one of those picky, annoying customers. But I really liked the job done on my nails! The ladies were all very kind and patient. Lein (Lyn) did a really good job on my gel manicure with a beautiful, artistic design. The manager was super considerate and helpful also!

Waited to write this review until I had been here a few times. Came for mani-​pedi twice and gel manicure once.
All three times I had a five star experience.
For one mani-​pedi session I came with my sister and used the groupon deal. Perfect girls day out!
The salon manager and all staff are very kind and outgoing. I enjoy having a little conversation beyond ‘How are you’ and the weather.
A small detail, but one I appreciate is that the tv on in the background has a cooking program, rather than a soap opera or news channel.
Sometimes my young daughter comes with me and I appreciate the content is appropriate even for her.
Each time my manicure has lasted right around 2.5 weeks. This is ok with me because I am ROUGH on my hands, and when I do my own I’m lucky if it lasts a day.
There is a wide color selection and the quality is good. No lumps, bumps, or bubbles.
On one occasional the polish was a little translucent and Lien, the technician, did as many coats as needed until I was satisfied with the color.
Can say with confidence you will NOT be disappointed getting your nails done here.

Nikki and her staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating. I got off work and needed a quick pedi with my co worker so I called in and she right away took us in without an appointment. They have a large selection of different colors for gel. The place is kind of small but definitely clean and comfortable. They have different deals everyday however I only wanted to get to get a basic pedicure, unfortunately I didn’t qualify for any of the deals but Nikki was also still willing to give me some sort of a discount.
I got a $ 26 gel pedicure. It was a very quick and relaxing. Everything came out exactly how I would expect it to be and I’m pretty satisfied! 5 stars for great customer service and quality!

The first time I came here I didn’t really like my nails but decided to give the place a second chance since it’s close to my job it’s convenient to come here. Tina is awesome! I came in as a walk in almost a month ago. Nikki wasn’t there so they called her and she arrived quickly. While waiting I got a facial wax which was great. Nikki was kind and took the time to let me know which colors and cut would best suit my hair. She did an ombré balayage for me and recommended I keep the base so it wouldn’t be as expensive. She took the time to explain the process and make sure I understood everything which not alot of stylists do. She spent like 3 hours on my hair and made sure I didn’t leave until I was happy and even styled it for me! Thank you, I love my hair. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair and always recommend my friends to this salon! Visit the ladies in this salon, you will not regret it!

I came back for gel nails after making a 4pm appointment on a Thursday. Once I arrived they let me sit in one of the nail tables and gave me a bunch of gel colors to choose from. I choose a dark glittery color. The girl who did my nails was super fast and attentive. I liked how she asked me before she made any decisions on my nails. I asked her to do an extra layer of color to my nails and she was more than happy to do so. The whole process was very fast. The only thing I didn’t like was how she filed my nails pretty aggressively. It was sorta painful and made me cringe. However, they turned out beautiful. She also spent time massaging lotion into my nails. She was pleasant to talk to and was very nice and friendly. After we were done she told me the price I was shocked. $ 15 for colored gel nails. Are you kidding?! Dirt cheap.
Overall, I had a good experience here. Much better than my originally visit. The let down was when the girl who did my nails told me she was moving out of state =(. But I guess she wont be leaving for awhile. I will come back since it is so nearby my work and house.

Nikki is always so sweet and accommodating with my random schedules! My schedule is always hectic and sometimes it’s hard for me to find time to get my hair done, but Nikki is always willing to go out of her way to help squeeze in time for me.
Not only is she sweet, she is very knowledgable in her line of work. She is willing to share her knowledge with you and show you the process of taking care of your hair and explain how she will cut/​dye your hair. Most people get their hair done without their stylist explaining what is really going on, but Nikki does her best to fill you in so you know what is happening and the process of your hair treatment.
She’s very helpful and sweet! The rest of the ladies who work there are also very sweet. I have gotten my pedicure done here by one of the ladies and they’re very nice. It’s not the typical nail salon where they will talk behind your back. They are very respectful and gentle. I love coming here!

I came here to fix my hair and I couldn’t be happier with her work. She took the time to listen to me and made sure she fully understood what I was trying to describe.
I found my new place to relax and read a book while I’m getting my hair done instead of being rushed around!
