My car looks brand new again! I have a dog that had dirtied and slobbered all over the interior. I didn’t think the fabric would come clean, but was surprised and so happy to see white fabric again. Thanks for a fantastic job! You are the best!

I had my window tints done somewhere else and was not happy with the tints; there was purple discoloration in the sun, but at night the tints looked fine. I found this place on Unilocal and booked an apt. with Luis; he was very helpful. I came there with my books and laptop thinking that I would have to wait in the lobby for hours until my car was done but Luis hooked it up with a ride home and they picked me up after my car was done! I got a great deal on the tints and their tint man, Dan was very helpful in helping me choose the right tints and did an awesome job! Thanks Dan! I decided to go with 5% Rayno S9 all around; they did advise me that it was illegal but screw it. I didn’t want two different shades of tints in the front and back; that looks gay. The Rayno tints looked very nice and there are no discolorations so far.
I’m very happy with choosing this place to get my car worked on. I’ll be back for the titanium coating.

When I set my mind to do something, I research the hell out of it. Whether it’s buying a tv, buying a car, searching for the best hotels, flights, or even the best place to get an oil change. It’s about customer service, quality, accessibility, and a great deal.
Well, let’s just say I’m glad I gave Rhino Custom detailing my business. I spent a good week researching and reading up on all of the PPF/​Clear Bra brands/​installers out there; exhausting pretty much every single Southern California installer by asking questions, asking recommendations, and asking for a great quote. Well, I was already set on another company until Alex called me back. Let’s just say I trusted him right away. This is nothing against the other company that I decided to back away from, but I had 2 other friends who had their PPF’s installed by Rhino and they came out perfect, and Alex’s personality, honesty, and candidness won me over. He beat the other bid, and gave me an offer that I could not possibly resist.
The communication and detail in which he explained everything gave me confidence and assured me of their detailed and professional work. To be honest, they probably spent more time cleaning and preparing my car than other shops that quoted for me; stating that they could usually finish in one day. Nope, Rhino spent days on my car, and making sure they prepped and covered everything. In the end, I went with the Suntek PPF, full hood, full fender, lights, grill, door caps, rear top bumper, pillars, and door sills. It looks fantastic and now I have the protection I wanted for my brand new 2015 TLX.
And throughout the whole process, Luis and Alex kept in communication, answered my questions to the best of their ability (mind you, Alex was ill AND getting ready for a newborn). They always went out of their way to help ease any questions or concerns. Great group of guys, great company, and I hope nothing but the best for their business.

I bought a new car a few months ago and wanted to get it detailed before El Nino hit. So I searched around OC for a good place to take it to. Every search that I did, kept pointing back to Rhino Custom Detailing. Since it was also close to me I thought I would give them a try. I called a few weeks ago and they couldn’t take me because they had too many appointments scheduled for that particular Saturday. I called again the following week and same story. I started to get a little frustrated but then I thought it might be a good sign.
First, they are busy, but don’t overbook so they can get the cars done correctly instead of just trying to get them in and out. Secondly, it sounded like they were real popular and they do take appointments so I had to plan in advance.
So this past week emailed them to set an appointment and Alex emailed back and said they were booked but he had openings on Friday or Sunday. I took the Sunday. I arrived and three hours later, my car looked so good. I’m ashamed for taking my cars to the local car wash places to have them detail my cars. They did such a good job, I won’t take my cars anywhere else moving forward. The service was great, they did an outstanding job and pricing was competitive. Just make sure you make an appointment early as they book up quickly.

These guys are a perfect example that having a good attitude can make all the difference. I had some lowering springs installed by them on my Subie Impreza.
To make a long story short, there was a minor installation error that required additional visits. However, they connected me with the right people and we got it handled. Nice guys and good customer service.

Third time I’ve reviewed here and I can’t say enough. Today I’m getting tint on my new work van. I have this cxp tint on 2 of my other cars that Dan has done and this stuff is great! I even tinted the windshield this time! Not for tint but for heat deflection. This tint is really good at keeping the heat down. I’ve been coming here long enough to see this place grow and I’m still as impressed as when I first came in.

Stopped by to schedule an interior cleaning and Luis had time to do it on the spot plus plasti-​dip my rims — something I’ve been wanting for a while. Rim edges required some sanding from all the curb rubbing that I love to do and Luis didn’t charge any extra. One of the guys also dropped off and picked up at Bella Terra while the work was being done. All the points of a luxury car dealership without the cost. Nice work, guys!

I’m still with Rhino after all these years and I wouldn’t go anywhere to have my car washed and detailed. Seriously, I don’t let anyone touch my car although it’s just a Camry hybrid… I’m picky.
They are not just guys doing a job but more like friends working on a friend’s car. Luis is the best! Alex, you’re the best too :).

Update 8÷14÷14 — after leaving my car outside for three weeks, full of splatter and debris from the intermittent rain, I knew I had to bring it into the shop I trust the most in Orange County. These guys never have let me down, be it a car wash or detail.
Their value to quality can not be beat, and all the guys over there are really friendly and know their stuff. I got the mini detail today and now I don’t have to worry about my car being outside longer, and finally looking good while it’s there. I tried to take some close up pictures to show the detail.
Overall I can not say enough good things about them. Give them a shot if you haven’t been there yet.

This is my new go to car detailer. My friend told me about how good their prices are. I was skeptical at first since I have paid about twice the amount for a decent job at some other shop that shall remain nameless. Rhino went above and beyond my expectations. Probably the best detail possible with my hunk of junk Matrix.
They also shampooed my carpet and got rid of the vomit smell that had been lingering for ages. They also cleaned my engine which was corroding. You really get the best bang for your buck here. These guys are professionals. The manager Luis was very polite and was completely honest. He did not try to upsell me anything. I trust these guys entirely and will be back for another detail in the future!

I am super picky about my car. How picky? I don’t let any one else wash it. I have a standard schedule of when I wash (monthly) and seal (usually every three months), and I use a foam cannon in addition to a two bucket system with a grit guard…
…for my Honda Fit.
After letting the exterior of my previous car go, I decided to take better care of this one. After all, it was the first car I’ve ever bought new. I think it’s pretty funny to see my car with other vehicles two to ten times its value, but Rhino treats it with just as much care as the other cars they get, and I very much appreciate that.
So every year, I take my car in for a complete detail around this time for my car’s «birthday» (the day I purchased my car). I wash it and give it a once-​over myself, compiling a list of issues I want them to fix (I told you I was picky, but Alex and Luis and the rest of the Rhino team don’t judge and always take care of everything).
This year, I decided to celebrate my car’s second birthday by getting Opti-​Coat done. My only regret is not getting it done right as soon as I bought the car. I initially decided against it because it’s just a little Honda, but after seeing the clear coat on my headlight start to fail and realizing that my car is parked outdoors 24/​7, I wanted to take better care of it. Alex was so good at answering all my questions over email. Making an appointment was a breeze, the price is reasonable, especially considering the top-​notch work.
Simply put, Rhino is the best.

tldr: Great customer service. High attention to detail. Personalized service. Professional. FANTASTIC results. Reasonably priced. Really make sure your needs are taken cared of. Took care of car like she was their own. Adorable dog that is sometimes in the office.
After looking around at several places, we checked out Rhino due to the results received from another highly satisfied customer in our car forums. Within 5 mins of entering our contact details on the website, Husband received a call from Alex. Explained that we were deciding between Modesta and Opti-​Coat Pro. He provided a great explanation of each coating and we decided Opti-​Coat Pro was the best for us. Wanted to drop off the car on a Friday, but due to our demanding work schedules and then driving from Manhattan Beach to Huntington, we told him about our difficulty of making it before they closed at 6. Alex was very understanding and was able to accommodate our schedule.
Luckily, we were able to arrive at 5:30 that Friday. Luis got us all checked in, and then he and Alex looked over our car. I felt bad for the fellas. With the combination of the rain-​not rain «thing» we received in SoCal these past few weeks and lack of available time, my poor car was quite dirty. But upon first look, Alex and Luis could already identify a few swirlies (which we got from one car wash. Car is only a month old). They gave us a summary of the process, that they would keep us updated, and an estimate of how long it would take. We were able to pick up the car the next day, and she looked AMAZING! Even better than the first day we got her. The inside was spic-​n-​span. I’m nit picky about things, so that’s a value statement. Will be back in 2 weeks for follow-​up and to Plasti-​Dip our badges.
Greatly enjoyed the experience at Rhino. Husband and I will be back for all our detailing needs. Highly recommend them.
** When Alex found out that I was trying to organize a pick up from Enterprise, he graciously offered to drive us. So relieved since the rental lot closed at 6 and customer service said it would take «a few moments» before someone could pick us up :-\ There’s also a freakin’ adorable lab named Clutch in the office. Wish I could have taken him home with me…

I brought my 1-​week-​old Mazda 3 in for opti-​coat pro installation.
I was quite amazed by how detailed they are when working on your car. For example, on the day of my appointment, Louis inspected the car and pointed out a few very light scratches on the front fender that I probably won’t notice unless he pointed them out. And he was very helpful during the whole process, answering my questions about opti-​coat pro maintenance, what’s covered under the warranty, how he got into the business, etc.
Their quote is also pretty accurate and won’t charge unnecessary fees or push you to purchase other services.
