I agree with @Dana F’s comment. Great dentist but horrible customer service. The billing, scheduling, receptionist employees at the front desk just do not care about you, your time, your schedule, your relationship with the company. However if you can stomach the horrible customer service than the dentist and his nursing staff are great. So that’s the rub unfortunately. Not sure if its worth it or not now. I personally dislike dealing with offshore customer service and that’s what it feels like. To be fair, there’s always going to be that wherever you go, but I think they can do better, a lot better.

My children have been patients at Dr Reggiardo’s office for nearly 14 years. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else for care. The office is set up like a «willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory» of teeth. Stuff hanging from the ceiling covering the walls for the seasons, toys in the back waiting room, games, play-​station, teeth seats for them to sit on while playing the video games and movies to watch while they get their teeth worked on. Dr Reggiardo makes the visit fun for the kids and painless. I wish I had the same experience as my kids have had with dentists when I was young, I would probably be there more often! I would recommend the office to anyone and everyone that has children whom have teeth. I haven’t always had dental insurance and their office has always made it affordable to get my children taken care of. They make us feel like family and are always sweet as pie.

I’ve been bring my 4 year old son here on a family referral. The dentist is very in tune with the kids and very informational with the parents. My kid actually likes coming to the dentist. No cavities yet! Well thats because you need to brush your kids teeth up until 7sh years old. I have been giving him his turn and then my turn to brush his teeth. Thank you Dr Reggiardo for that. Plus a complementary toothbrush and toy to go. There is a play area that the kids really like but after he gives them a toy, on to the next room which eases our exit.

At long last I have found a pediatric dentist for my son. I found them from a referral from a client and thank god. I have dealt with some pretty crappy dentists in the last year or two. This office is very nice and clean and professional, and most importantly for a pediatric dentist, kid friendly. My son has been afraid of the dentist forever but I believe that this atmosphere truly puts children at ease and distracts them from the idea of being at the dentist. The office manager Marcy is great, very friendly and thorough. The hygienists are very experienced, never missing a beat with the Dr. And Dr. Reggiardo, well he is the icing on the cake. Such a nice man, so loving and obviously experienced with working with children. He explains everything to the parents, and the children. Informs you of his professional recommendations without pressuring you into anything. They even give the kids report cards of their dental health during check ups and certificates after their treatments. Very cute way to get them involved and going the extra mile for their patients. I highly recommend this dentist. Even if they are out of your network. Totally worth it to pay a little extra copay. Totally.

My kids love going to the dentist because of the environment they provide! Marcie always has a smile and seems genuinely happy to see the kids.
Dr.R gets things done efficiently which is appreciated when I have 2 little ones. I always feel that my kids are well taken care of when I go here.

I went to Dr. Reggiardo as a child and always had great experiences. He makes the environment inviting and as comfortable as can be. Recently we took our 16 month old son to see Dr. Reggiardo for his first check up and it went great. Ryan doesn’t like anyone trying to stick fingers in his mouth but he opened right up for the doctor. He received a fluoride treatment as well with no fuss. Dr. Reggiardo made him feel so at ease and Ryan couldn’t stop beaming at him. He got to pick out a new toothbrush and spent the rest of the day showing it off to everyone he saw.
I could not be happier with the experience and look forward to many more visits.

Let me start with stating that I have had an over 30 year «relationship» with this dental office. My brother and I went there as children and my children went there.
The staff the past 5 years has just been awful (with the exception of the receptionist who is the only one that I think knows how to smile). Dr. Reggiardo used to be a very happy go lucky dentist with a smile on his face and a caring heart, now he is obviously very unhappy and totally unprofessional. You would think they would recognize that there office is EMPTY (my kids were the only ones there the last 3 times I took them), maybe that should have been an indicator of things to come for me as well.
Yesterday I received an extreme nasty gram from their office. Apparently I owe them a debt from when my daughters went to see them 4 – 5 months ago — I do not dispute this and will pay what I owe (I moved and I’m guessing mail got returned to their office as I never received a bill!). But, the letter states that since I have not paid they have sent me to collections and are no longer interested in being my dentist «go elsewhere for your childs dental needs». Talk about CRASS!
You would think that my family having over a 30 year association with the doctor and that this has never happened before that maybe someone should have picked up the phone (novel thought I know).
I would advise to take your children elsewhere.
