We had my son’s 5th birthday party here today and it was so much fun! The bouncers are large enough for the adults too! Both moms and dads got in on the fun and attempted the obstacle course/​big purple ball bouncey. Wow was that a challenge! The kids made it look so easy. The staff who helped us Gabriel, Brenda, and Nancy were great! They communicated well and kept the party on track. They also took some cool action photos! We all had a great time and we will be back. Thanks so much, Pump it Up for making my son’s birthday a success!

Great and friendly staff make this place great. The kids can send about 3 hours here more if I let them. The only down fall are the hours, they are hard to work around. But after speaking to them they are going to add more time for the summer months

We were here couple of months ago for a birthday party. The place is tucked behind some commercial buildings on Gothard Street between Heil and Edinger.

We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday party here, she and her friends had a BLAST! Not only did the kids have fun, but the adults as well. They really have it together here and their system works.
Once you’re all signed in, you have a choice to either wait for everyone to arrive or head over to the room to get the party started. You have about an hour and a half to enjoy the bouncers. Then, everyone’s escorted into their smaller room to sing happy birthday for the celebrant, and enjoy some pizza and cake. Throughout your time at Pump It Up, the staff walks around and takes pictures. You can purchase the photos for an additional $ 25 at check out. After the party is over, the kids are given their «goody bags» up front.
I can’t say enough about the service we received from everyone, however, there are a few things that can be tuned up a bit. The smaller room, where the food is served, can get a little stuffy, but once the door is open it’s bearable. Also, the goody bags were left behind by the parents because they weren’t notified. Maybe remind the party about the bags before leaving? Just a suggestion. Other than that, everything was excellent!

I really really wish I would’ve gotten the name of the staff! Both the young man at the front desk and the young lady who was supervising the play room were suuuuper friendly! My daughter really wanted to try this place out for her bday so after school we popped in for their open jump hours (this was on a weds afternoon)…we had the place completely to ourselves! Super clean facility with excellent customer service! We had so much fun & will definitely be going back! It really is the lil things that matter! So if anyone there knows who was working tonight 9÷23÷2015 please thank them for making our last minute Bday celebration so much fun!

My 4 year old daughter loved the glow in the dark jump. They give each kid a glow necklace and bracelet We came on a Friday from 5 – 6:30pm. It’s not that crowded and the adults got to play on the bouncers also. They have big balls like the show Wipeout. They also have a large slide that goes really fast. They have a regular bouncer with a smaller slide. They also have another bouncer that’s a wall with flags on it that are attached by velcro that you can climb up to grab. It is more challenging for the little kids. All the bouncers are so much fun! I also like that there is only 1 entry/​exit door so there is no chance of the kiddos running off without you noticing. Both the ladies working there were so nice and helpful! It seems like it would be a good place for birthday parties especially if it is a private party.

Tried to get a hold of this place to plan a birthday party for my daughter. I emailed and received no response. I called and just listened to an automated message. According to help and their website they were open so my family and I drove there to see the facility and 1, it’s difficult to find and 2 the place was closed. As you can tell I am not too happy happy about this establishment. Hopefully you will learn from my mistakes and stay away.

Had my son’s 6th birthday party here last Friday and I have to say it was the easiest party I’ve ever thrown and I’ve thrown quite a bit of them. The location is clean and big enough to accommodate 27 kids plus parents. My son had a great time as did his friends and even my hubby and some parents got in on the fun. I have to admit that we had a rowdy bunch and by that I mean the dads who are still kids at heart. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They took care of everything so I could actually enjoy the party. Nancy and Ignacio, you guys are awesome! Now my 9 year old and 3 year old can’t stop talking about having their next birthday party here! Only had a few issues and by reading other reviews I see it’s a pretty common thing.
1) Very hard to find the place
2) parking can be tough
3) feet smell noticeable when you walk in
Other than the parking I think the other 2 can be easily fixed. All in all it was a great party and we will be back!

It’s impressive.
We arrived for my nephews’ birthday party– the fun started right away
1– it’s cool kids can run freely and safely without hearing «slow down» or «get down from there»
2– they took photos and showed during pizza time
3– we were in and out without any awkward long drawn out party situations.

In the last month I attended a birthday party and an open jump session. both were GREAT. the party was so organized and was run so smoothly by the staff. Everything was clean and the kids all had a good time. The party room was nice and seeing pics of the kids bouncing from the party was great.
If I have any complaints it’s that the open bounce sessions are not long enough, but otherwise the place is great!

Went to a birthday party here on 11÷25÷14. It was the second time we’ve been to this place for a party. I really like how the rooms are private, so the kids can just go crazy and you don’t feel like you have to watch them every second. Feels safer to me than a just share a giant arena with lots and lots of strangers.
I also want to comment on the young man there who was running the party. I wish I could remember his name (maybe Michael?) — anyway, he did such a fantastic job! He was so energetic and helpful and kept the entire thing running on a perfect schedule without missing a beat and providing amazing customer service the whole time. I tell you, if I had a need at my business for someone with his skills I would have offered him a job on the spot and stole him away! :) We were talking at the party about how this kid will no doubt be running his own restaurant some day.

Had my 6 years old birthday party here. I really have to say how amazing it was! Great customer service. Awesome place. And off course lots of fun!
I’m not very organized so I reserved the party just a few days before. When we arrived, we were helped with everything. They unloaded. Got right to explaining the rules to the kids. Then while we jumped they prepared everthing for me in party room. Everything was set up so we got right to eating after jumping.
The only thing that I would have liked is a little more time for the kiddos to eat. Felt just a tad rushed.
However, my son has told me he wants his birthday at Pump it Up every year!

I was blown away by their Great customer service! We had a private party and the young man that was hosting us was so thoughtful and sweet. You don’t really expect great service from such a young staff, but I was impressed! I also thought it was so nice of them to send a postcard afterwards with each staff member signing it and saying some kind words about that night. They were hand written too! Nothing auto-​generated. Fun place for adults, too!

We booked a 3 year old Pirate birthday party for our son. When we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly (even though we were a touch early) and even helped us unload our car! Everyone was kind and helpful and very professional.
The staff handled everything! They arranged little pirate games, took pictures, set everything up in the party room… they did everything, all while we played! :)
The party could not have gone better and we were thoroughly pleased with everything at Pump it up. All the kids (and adults) had a blast! Thank you!

I recently brought my son (3) and two of his friends (4 & 2) here for a playdate. I redeemed my $ 10 Groupon for the 3 kids. They charge for kids 2 and above. They are only opened from 10-​noon M-​Th for open play. Otherwise, I think it’s only open for private parties. I brought my 14mo old daughter too, and she was free along with the adults. However, we all got to play.
The kids had to sit and watch a video first, explaining some do’s & don’ts. The play room itself had 4 different inflatable bouncers: an obstable course, tall slide, bounce house & slide and a slippery slope. I think everyone had a great time. We arrived around 10:15am and left at noon. After lunch at a nearby Panera Bread, the kids were exhausted. Needless to say, $ 10 wasn’t such a hefty price to pay for all these kids to burn off some energy and take a nice long afternoon nap!
Lastly, we received a birthday invitation from one of my son’s classmates to come back to Pump It Up to celebrate her birthday in a couple wks. We’ll definitely be back!
BTW, you must wear socks.
