Pierce Automotive & Smog

I recently moved to the area from a small town in the Midwest but I have to admit that Pierce automotives is the epitome of professionalism and customer service. From the moment Peter or Jerry greet you, you instantly feel like you have just stepped into Luigi’s in the heart of Radiator Springs. Finding a professional mechanic not to mention one that is proficient and honorable, not to mention on top of it all they are extremely affordable. I am in heaven. These guys are the best.

My family has been taking our cars here for years. Even after I movedabout twenty miles away I’ll take my car in here if it can make the trip. They are kind, courteous, reasonably priced and super fast when they know you need it!

So I’m here again with my 97 Rav4 and it’s been a bit since I posted a review so UPDATE! My car is still going strong with minimal repairs thanks to these two awesome Gentlemen. I’m in Ladera Ranch now but make the drive here even for an oil change because coming here is like going to a family Dr. A real one. But like for my car. I needed tires a while back and I could go to a tire place and to be honest I called a few but then called here and was like… Do you guys do tires and they were like yes and here I drove. Not only did they get me awesome tires better quality and way cheaper than the tire places I called but they told me I didn’t need to replace my full size spare like no where near needed to replace it. I had already said just get 5 tires but they always give me counsel before acting on a repair. I could go into more details the scenarios the same. They take care of me and my car like family would. And good family not resentful family haha. And it’s not just that the cost is great… It’s the ethics and integrity. I really never thought I’d find a steady mechanic. I know new cars etc are all under warranty and everyone goes to dealer etc but if that’s not your car… I can’t recommend enough that you bring yr car here. My friend Linda recommended this place to me and years and years later this is still my place and I love these guys.

I just found these guys on Unilocal this morning after realizing that my alternator had died. Brought my 2002 F-​150 in at 1130 AM and had it back and working by 3:30 PM! Peter worked hard to replace the alternator in the same day, but also tested the battery thoroughly beforehand to be sure of the problem. Very fair labor cost, and very honest and knowledgeable people. I can’t recommend them enough, and I will be back for sure!

Peter and Vic are awesome and really know their way around cars. My family and everyone I work with have come to them any time we’ve had car trouble (I work right up the street). They’ll go out of their way to drop you off or pick you up if you have no other way of coming to get your car. Sadly I haven’t been in to visit them lately since purchasing a new car 2 years ago that I have had ZERO problems with (knock on wood). But they kept my trusty old Saturn cranking for 10 years and 180K miles so they are miracle workers!
You couldn’t find more honest auto mechanics out there than these guys!
