Pfaff Engines and Baca Marine

After today’s visit to baca marine I have to say never send your husband down to get your boat issues trouble shot by himself. The communication barriers are no different in a business setting then they are at home. I must say that after speaking with Steve today and getting all questions answered about why our boat was not trouble shot properly I left with a much clearer and better understanding of what really was talked about and what my husband actually asked baca marine to do. Granted I went in with my hair standing up and head spinning around like the exorcist ready to chew some tale. At the end of the day I would recommend baca marine to trouble shoot and repair my next boat. If anything needs to be done to it though I will be taking it in and dropping it off with a clear understanding of find the problem or problems let me know not my husband of repairs needed this way the communication is clear an understood. Really laid back staff who are in business for the customers best interest.

There are few businesses that I’ve had such good service I continue to go back to for years, Pfaff Engines however is one of them. A few weeks ago I brought my boat in with engine troubles. Keep in mind it was the ending of summer so many people had the same idea as I did. When I brought my boat in you could see how busy they were, that didn’t stop them from immediately catering to my needs though. The staff members were all attentive and immediately knew what the problem was. They got my boat back to me in a week even with their end of summer rush of customers. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of work they put into my boat. I will be continuing to come back to Pfaff engines for any boat troubles I have. Thanks to the whole Pfaff crew for your hard work!

Pfaff Engines/​Baca Marine is a very honest business. Joe, Dena, Gordy, Katie, Steve, Steve, Taylor, Mark, Gus and the whole team at the shop in H.B. are very friendly, honest, up front, straight shooting, patient people who make their customers the number one priority. They have rebuilt my motor and out drive on my boat and I am one happy customer… Keep up the good work!

Gordy, Joe and the team at PFAFF Engines /​Baca Marine did a full forged rebuild on the blown LS3 in my 2011 SS Camaro. Amazing job … The engine exceeded everyone’s dyno numbers expectations and continues to go strong and reliably after 18 months and many a bounce off the rev limiter. Really glad I went to these guys … I figure if they have been building marine racing engines for nearly 50 years, they must be doing something right!
