We are beyond pleased with Pacific Carpets, specifically the work performed by Martin and his partner. They worked from the moment they walked in the door until they completed the carpet installation and redoing our kitchen and bathroom floor as well. The finished product speaks for itself, they took care of all the small spaces and added extra touches that the previous carpet installers had missed. Both gentlemen were very respectful of our time and talked to us about what they were doing and why they were doing it, they were professional and answered all of our questions. When we made the appointment with Joe we were ecstatic to be able to do everything in one day. The day of we were notified that they were sending someone out a bit later than we expected which was ok with us, the communication was great and everyone we dealt with was friendly; awesome customer service!
