This place sucks found out am leasing my bike when Bill told me I was purchasing it and they’re going to try and make you bank with there bank MotoLease I took a friend in and they said he wasn’t approved through capital one which was a lie because I took him to another spot and that’s where he got approved through capital one I heard I was leasing my bike and I’ve also heard it from other people… Would of been different if they told me straight up :/

Wonderful experience all around! I rode the 75 miles up to the shop after reaching an agreed upon price and trade value. Smooth transparent transaction happened very quickly and I was on my way home with a brand new R1.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!!
I’m a 50 year old rider and have purchased many motorcycles over the years, I haven’t had a blatant bait and switch in ages! BAD, BAD, BAD policy guys!
Here is what happened:
I contacted a sales person «C» after viewing a listing on CL for an FZ 07. Asked him about the price and he says, «yeah, I can do that». Traveled a half hour to his shop on Beach Blvd with my check in hand ready to ride off and he quotes me $ 800 more than the agreed/​advertised price! WTF?
I said wait, we just talked about this price and he shows me some margin list that he had at the ready, stating that he would be losing money, tight margins, etc. Not my concern, you guys posted AND agreed to the price!
I told him I was gonna walk and he never tried to compromise or even make an attempt to call me back into the store.
WOW, really shoddy business practices guys, rest assured I will make this known on as many social media sites as possible so people are protected from this kind of rip off.

Purchasing a motorcycle at NEXT motorcycles was a great choice for me. Really clean dealership, good location (near a U-​Haul which makes it really easy to trailer your bike home), and a really awesome group of guys that work there. Nick and Bill were outstanding and have created a lifelong customer. I’ll be taking my bike there to get it serviced and if I decide to get an R6 in the future, I’ll definitely be purchasing it from them. Thanks again guys!

I went into Next Motorcycle Around 3:00 to have a couple new tires put on my Yamaha FZ 1000. I explained to Javier that I had a puncture on my rear tire and that I had to use some Fix A Flat to get me home from L.A. I went on to tell Javier that I had an important Audition on Friday that I really needed to have my motorcycle back by tomorrow. I called them back At 4:40 to see if there was any possible way my bike might get done early. It was already done! wait it gets better. They also topped off my radiator fluid and tightened my brakes and on their own. I will definitely be back here!

Stopped by Next Motorcycle off Beach blvd HB to pick up a 2015 Fz-​09. Was my first time ever buying a bike from a dealership. Chris and I believe his name was Rick both helped me out wth all my questions and concerns. They both made the whole buying process a breeze. Walked in and was riding away a couple hours later. Got a new helmet and some riding gear at a great price. I have not one complaint about my experience there. I highly recommend this place! Keep up the good work guys. The bike has been a blast to ride!

5 Star Experience. I’ve been in the market for a new bike for a while but unsure what to get and have had a hard time finding something I like. I have been to several motorcycle retailers in Orange County but still walked away bike-​less. A friend told me about Next Motorcycle in HB. The shop is clean and displayed well. However, there selection is someone limited. Mostly Yamaha bikes. I honestly don’t know much about Yamaha but the sales team at the store was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I was greeted by the staff promptly. The sales manager, Christopher Lurvey, really listened to what I was looking for and walked me around to several different bikes that fit my requests. I sat on several different bikes and learned a lot about Yamaha. The selection just wasn’t what I was looking for but based on customer service, I will definitely be back to buy my next bike here. If you are looking for a Yamaha — this is the place to go! Great prices and excellent service. Thanks Next Motorcycle and Christopher!

The owner has contacted me directly and expressed his apologies. He seemed sincere so I felt it was fair to at least give one star back for that. I haven’t been back to this dealership, and already bought a motorcycle elsewhere, so I can’t really comment from personal experience as to whether or not this place has improved their customer service.
However this, for me, would be a cautionary tale about how being a successful business owner in Florida doesn’t necessarily mean you can open another business location across the country in California and have it be just as successful. It’s a lot more difficult to ensure that your employees are upholding a high standard from 3000 miles away.
