Business Owner
Mike is UCLA graduate and a licensed California real estate broker with over 25 years of direct real estate experience. He began his career managing a large portfolio of apartment buildings for a regional family investment trust. He is well versed in all aspects of property management including marketing, tenant screening and evaluations, lease and contract negotiations, maintenance and construction oversight, budgeting and accounting, reserve planning and asset valuation. Mike works personally with every property owner and is available 24⁄7 to address any questions or concerns. In addition to Monticello Property Management, he advises Easter Seals Southern California Disability Services regarding their 70+ unit portfolio of leased and owned real estate assets.
