Every time we have been here there have been no problems. Dr wilder is great and the techs and staff I’ve encountered are friendly, and funny. We’ve never had to wait too long and their cash price for no insurance is really affordable. The front office are nice and explain things very patiently.

Again, I speak the truth from a employee there. One Saturday, the physician who is always there on Saturday Dr. P, she spent over an hour with a patient. Patients were waiting in the waiting room really annoyed. Come on. If you see or know that patients are building up in the lobby, why are you in the patient room for over an hour. Or did the physician know and not care?

This place should be ashamed of itself!!!
They treat people like dirt They are very unprofessional! The counter people are under trained and/​or under educated. You can’t fix stupid…

Been here four times now over the course of a few years. I always request an appointment with Dr. Lewis. IMO he is the best doctor around. He is a general practitioner that will take care of what other doctors would refer you for. Went in two days ago to get a cycst removed from very close to my eyeball. Was expecting a referral but Dr. Lewis did it himself and did an amazing job. While his work is great he is also great at making you feel comfortable and informed. I was a bit nervous for the procedure but when it started I had faith in Dr. Lewis and it took a ton of nervousness out of the situation. I would trust him with anything health related. Much thanks to him and I will continue to see him as long as he is practicing.
With that said, I have made three appointments with Dr. Lewis and each time I am seen at least an hour after the scheduled time. The wait time with an appointment is really bad, but when it comes to seeing a doctor I trust, I will wait.

I really like dr Newman. He’s really nice and helpful. I’ve been here a couple times and have been happy with my treatments but I do generally wait a bit even when I have an appointment

Kept us waiting for a physical in a room full of sick people for overover 2 hours, all the while assuring us our turn would be soon. When the facility closed they told us that we would have to come back. This is completely unprofessional and they have lost an entire family of patients. Go anywhere else.

I’ve never had an unpleasant experience at this doctor’s office. Every time I’ve scheduled to make an appointment, they’ve been more than helpful and accommodating. I’ve had two urgent cases and they’ve worked with me to get me in at the earliest time.
As a walk in — I’m usually seen in less than 45 minutes.
All of the doctors are friendly and helpful. Dr. Meier is my favorite. She spends a lot of time talking with the patient to understand what is wrong before just writing you a random prescription or tell you to «wait it out.»
The office is clean, tons of parking, and in a convenient area.

Every single time I come here I get the best service ever. I also bring my son here when needed and the staff is beyond amazing. I highly recommend this urgent care. I wish I could use them as my primary care physician! This is coming from someone who has a general fear of the doctors office! This location is always spotless and very professional. Thank you!!!

I haven’t been very happy with the help my daughter has received from Dr. Meier, but we found a doctor that has been able to actually diagnose and help her so I didn’t post a complaint. My daughter still goes to Dr. Meier for more mundane issues.
Now I’m complaining. Dr. Meier prescribed the wrong medication for a very common problem. My daughter didn’t realize anything was wrong until she got home. The pharmacy won’t reimburse her and neither will Dr. Meier. How can this be that a doctor can prescribe wrong meds, cost her patient money and take no responsibility for it whatsoever? What if the medication had been for a more serious issue and the patient didn’t realize it wasn’t right?
This post is the first stop in my efforts to get my daughter’s money back. I will be the biggest pest she’s ever dealt with until she gives it back.

Also the prices for no insurance are great at only 50 dollars.
Also the nurses are very nice here and wait times are usually max 2 hours but normally under 1 hour.
Lastly they have on sight x-​Ray and physical therapy office which makes this a great office for broken bones

Takes an hour to get a TB test! And the last time I had it read took them an hour! Why??? It’s a simple shot and a simple glance… So frustrated!!!

Great front desk, Carrie is super helpful and caring. Really like Dr. Mitchell, she is very knowledgeable and kind.
But expect a long wait.

I’ve been in twice and so far, so great. I saw Dr. Panitch and she was great. She has an amazing bedside manner… She takes time to be extremely thorough and answer all my questions. Since i was a new patient, she spent a lot of time taking my history and getting a good idea of who I am and what my concerns are. I had an appointment and had to wait 30 – 45 minutes and she apologized and said that doesn’t typically happen. She ordered a few tests and encouraged me to sign up on their mychart. They have an online system to track your lab results, schedule appointments and email your doctor, etc.
The second time i went in, i walked in with a suspected infected cat bite. I got in in about 30 minutes (i expected a longer wait without an appointment). I got a different dr, but she prescribed antibiotics and wrapped me up.
I have struggled finding a primary physician for a lot of reasons, but i think dr. Panitch is it. i haven’t had any issues with staff incompetence… which seems to be a global problem at my other dr offices… so…so far, so great!

Very clean in waiting room. Came 30minutes early to fill out the paper work that they never sent me. Ended up waiting in the waiting room for 2hours & 15 minutes. Was finally taken into the examining room and then waited for another 45 minutes. There is no excuse for a 3HOUR WAIT TIME that was WITH a APPOINTMENT. Just POOR Management. Don’t go if you are in pain…

It just keeps getting worse. 2 – 3 hour wait for a 3 minute visit with the doctor (no exaggeration, I timed it).

The doctor I saw today didn’t know what she was doing. I never seen or heard of her before. The front office staff is always nice and helpful. Never had a problem with any doctor until today. Memorial care needs to let us pick which doctor we want to see and not some med student from off the street. I love my doctor there. Some of the nurses are really great too but the good ones always disappear and they get new ones who don’t really care and pull IV’s
out of your arm and left with nasty bruises.
They should of never let hmo insurance be used. It just makes it harder for us who have ppo insurance to get appointments with our regular doctors. I have been going to that office since it opened and I don’t like the new change. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

after losing my health insurance provider ive had for over 10 years, I was reluctant to go see any doctor these days until I can renew my policy. After battling a mean little kidney stone the doctors here treated me the same as the big urgent care facilities, did some tests, gave some advise and gave me a prescription for pain killers and sent me home, its now been 3 weeks later I passed the stone and didnt cost me much more then when I had the big medical providers.

I’ve been going here for years. I have Blue Shield PPO private insurance. Never had a problem. Then Obamacare goes into effect, and MemorialCare Medical Group ceases to be in the Blue Shield Individual Private insurance network for 2014.
Not knowing this, I went in for a routine medical visit for a cold at the start of 2014, and their staff failed to tell me of the new changes, and the fact that they were no longer accepting such a big-​name insurance plan (they couldn’t even bother to put up a sign in the office). So, now I’m stuck with a $ 150 bill.
It’s borderline fraud.

Reluctantly I took myself to the doctor after having lost my voice and ear pain. My primary doctor stinks (to say politely) and never answer their phone.
I Unilocaled and found this place. I was a walk in and didn’t have to wait very long. Probably around 30−40min? I saw the doctor for probably less than 5 minutes. Which really doesn’t bother me I just needed a prescription for antibiotics. I wish he would have spent just a little more time with me but he was busy. I got my prescription and was on my merry way in less than an hour from start to finish. He was even nice enough to give me a nasal spray in the office to help my congestion.
If I ever am in need of a doctor and my primary is too busy I’ll be happy to revisit here again.

Came here to look for a new primary care physician and met with Jill Panitch. The initial appt was 1.5 hours. I checked in 30 mins early, with hopes of getting in early. Didnt happen. I was finally taken into my room 20 minutes after my scheduled appt. once i got in, the pace picked up a bit. After the initial questioning and vitals checks, the Dr Entered the room. Jill was young, energetic and very inquisitive. After an hour with her, I walked away feeling pretty good. She printed out some information for me and told me to wait in the lobby and they would call my name for check out.
I sat in the lobby for about 10 minutes when i decided to see what the heck was taking so long. I asked the receptionist if i could leave and she of course asked my name. I told her and she said «Oh, we r waiting on your printouts» She checked the printer and the documents were sitting in the printer. The responded with «Oh, they must have just come in» Actually, the Dr is so awesome, i saw with her at the commuter and watched her hit the print button and send the docs bout 10 minutes before I was don’t with my time with her.
So, I will go to Jill again, but because she is an amazing doctor. The staff could use a better means of communication and streamline their work activity.
