History
Established in 2011.
Malakai Sparks is a real estate agent who established The Malakai Sparks Group [TMSG] of Coldwell Banker in 2011.
TMSG has won countless awards over the years, but none more gratifying than what the team won last year.
In 2015 TMSG was crowned #1 Top Producing Real Estate Team for Coldwell Banker CR in Downtown Huntington Beach.

I want to change the way real estate is done. I want to enhance the lives of my clients because they chose to work with me rather than another agent. Everyone refers to real estate as a numbers game; I hate that view. If my real estate group does one hundred transactions per year, and yet each transaction was not the greatest real estate experience for each individual, then we have failed. It is not about the number of transactions we complete. It is about the number of people who have truly benefited because we took care of them and their money; even if it is at our expense (us not getting a deal done). For me, the most important piece of the deal is partnering with a person in order to accomplish his/her goals at the highest professional level.
