Magnolia Physical Therapy

I did not want to start the therapy until I had the amount of my co-​pay. I was repeatedly assured by an employee that my co-​pay would be approximately $ 30. I hesitated to start, but the employee was so sincere and confident I would be responsible only for the co-​pays. Medicare said no and I got a bill for $ 425. I sent them what should be my total copay of $ 145 along with a letter addressed to the owners. They gave no explanation and no apology for their overly confident and inaccurate employee. They just keep sending a bill for balance of $ 280. I will let a judge decide that issue. I should have stopped the therapy when after the 1^st session the therapist said our time was done for day– I waited in the lobby 10 minutes after my appointment to be called to the pool area, waited in a chair by the pool another 10, and then stopped 15 minutes after getting in the pool. That’s an hour session to them. The subsequent 4 sessions were about the same. The exercises were good, but the business is benefiting far greater than the patient. I arrived every session at least 10 minutes before appointment; once I was there 25 minutes early, to show them I was ready and willing. Therapist were cordial and professional, but ultimately, I want to receive the service they claimed they would provide, but did not.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff from the therapist, the assistants and Marlin at the front desk. Great equipment and as someone mentioned, very clean. Never have problems booking appointments. My therapy sessions are done (hit my limit for the year), but looking forward to continuing with their maintenance program. I going back in December after I have surgery on my hip. They really know what they are doing there. Highly recommend!

I went to Magnolia Physical Therapy after being diagnosed with adhesive capsulitis (aka: frozen shoulder). Andrew Yorke, my therapist, was very effective and subsequently allowed me to obtain complete range of motion without anymore pain. I highly recommend the services of this facility so much, I decided to take water aerobic classes that they also offer. This place rocks!

I am so glad that i find this place, its so clean and staff are very nice also my PT Mr Dean and Sara very friendly nice and knowledgeable. I had a worse back pain and after few visit with them i fell so much better now.

Not the best or the worst! It depends on who your PT is. If you want water therapy go somewhere else. They don’t follow a doctor’s prescription,

Had both hips replaced a year and half ago and went to Magnolia Physical Therapy and they set me up with Kelly. I am a pretty big guy and when I saw Kelly I was wondering how she is going to be able to handle me. Turns out I was the one in trouble. She is very knowledgeable and knows when to push you and when not to and she is great!!! The doctor told me I only need to go for 2 – 4 months max after my surgeries but with how great Kelly is and how much she pushed me and worked with me to get stronger and not to over exert myself to do more harm than good I ended up going for about a year of physical therapy. After I got past my initial healing from the surgery and the PT I had to do for that Kelly had then turned her attention on strengthening my core muscles and getting my flexibility back. To this day I am now playing Ice Hockey again and pain free. I have to say I give all the credit to Kelly for helping me getting back to myself and really listening to where my pain is and knowing when to stop and modify my PT so that I do not strain or hurt myself more. The entire Magnolia Physical Therapy group is great. Shannon helped me with a ton when Kelly was busy and she also did a great job with my aquatic therapy. This should be the only place you go for Physical Therapy.

Dr. Kelly Leckrone fixed up my knee after an accident. All better and pain-​free. She is knowledgable and friendly.
My Blue Cross PPO covered the PT.
It can be hard to get an appointment in the afternoon, but that’s my only complaint.
