Men who know they’ve been putting an aspect of their life on hold for too long. They’re tired of the struggle and they’re ready for better! They’re willing to look at things from a fresh perspective and take steps necessary to experience life that way. I am a certified MBI life coach with 29 years in career development. Experience has shown me that when we do the work we’re designed to do, our relationships, our health and the lives we impact are enhanced. All too often, we put that work off until «SOMEDAY». But, the truth is…“NOW” is our life. And the clock is ticking. I am a woman who is passionate about working with men to walk a path that’s genuine to who they really are so they can have the relationships they want to have, experience the health they want to experience and do the work they are here to do. I am a certified MBI life coach with 29 years in career development.

For 26 years, I worked with the Long Beach Unified School District, Long Beach Community College and the Long Beach business community working with students and adults in career development. My biggest frustration was in seeing individuals follow a required course of study based upon «where the good jobs are», «a high paying career», «career survey results», or «it sounded good on paper». All too often those reasons for career selection lead one to discover somewhere down the road that «that job does not feel like a fit», «there must be something else I am supposed to be doing»,“I hate my job” or «I only have so many years until I retire». I believe we are all born with unique strengths and talents that when paired with what fascinates and inspires us, we are able to head down a career path that feels amazingly energizing, purposeful and playful. When I was getting ready to graduate from high school, I thought I was the only person on the planet that did not know what it was I was supposed to do for a living. I thought for sure there was a test that I must have missed because I was the ONLY one who did not know (or so I thought). So I went to community college in hopes of figuring it out. Fortunately, I had a college instructor ask me a simple question that finally gave me direction. «What did you love to do in high school?» I thought it over and said, «Dance, helping other students and summers off so I can travel.» Bingo! I became a physical education teacher with a dance certification. I got to dance, help others and travel (all still my passions today!). My path has allowed me new twists and turns that continually keep me inspired, excited and passionate in my work. I absolutely love what it is I get to do and cherish every opportunity to allow others the same opportunity.
