I’m very happy with this salon. Either Sasha or the guy does my nails and I never have any problems. I was a manicurist myself for 25 years and I’m super picky when it comes to acrylics. They last, look great, and I get a lot of compliments. They are friendly and accommodating here.

My husband and I have been continuous customers for our pedicures many, many times over the past 3+ years. We have never had a bad experience. They are helpful, kind and will take care of your every need and request. Tasha and her husband who own this business are incredible, personable people and truly care about each and every one of their customers. They know most regular customers by name and assure that every need is met to the customers satisfaction. You will not make a mistake by experiencing this business!!!

Love all the ladies here when I’m feeling time constraints, but when I needed to get my nails done for my wedding Tasha definitely came through!

Tina is great! She took the time to look through all my pictured to help me decide what looked best for my nails. Super sweet and funny too!

I tried this place based on a recommendation from an acquaintance. When I first pulled up, I was a bit skeptical because it looked vacant from the parking lot but had an open sign lit. I went on a Saturday around noon and was seated right away for my fill. I started with one tech, who I believe was the owner then his wife, Trisha, took over.
I liked that she was careful and did exactly what I asked. However, because she was the lead tech in charge she kept having to excuse herself to schedule appointments and delegate what the other techs were to do. Besides this, I was happy with my nails and wished I could a shop like this at home! Also just random fact for those of you looking for something to do with the kid. They offer child pedicures a even have seats that accommodate the younger ones!

I complimented a friend from work on her fabulous nails, and she recommended I try this place out. I’m SO glad I did! I’m 8 months pregnant, and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in, as it didn’t smell like a nail salon. they have a fantastic air filtration system!
I had an apt with Tasha (for my fill) and Tracy did my pedi. They were both SO sweet and took their time making sure I was pleased and comfortable. I can’t wait to go back!

So this was my first time getting a white gel mani pedi, so I was trying to just go with the flow and enjoy the procedure. I was seated quickly and they were doing well and being friendly. The women doing my pedi had it down, but the woman doing my mani was another story! So when you get gels done here, they put these nasty fingerless gloves on you. I’m not sure if gel manis include that everywhere, but who knows if they wash them after every use! So the women doing my mani was NOT PAYING ATTENTION. At all. First off they make sure the gel isn’t right on the cuticle bed, which is probably healthier, but it made it look like my nails had already grown out, not that new mani look. Little fluffs from the fingerless gloves kept getting on all of my nails and then she would put my hand in the gel during machine, thus sealing the red fluffs into this manicure. I felt like she was just going through the motions and had little attention to detail. So I asked her to go over like 4 nails with more white gel! Ridiculous! It gets worse, so she decides to save time with the gel machine and files the red fluff out of my thumb nail. It looked meh at first, but two days later dirt filled in the little valleys, so my nails looked dirty. This was the worst experience I have had in a nail salon! 70 $ FOR A SHITTY MANI PEDI. I do not recommend this salon for gel. I’m sure some of the technicians are alright, but so many people work there it doesn’t seem like air tight service.
Additionally I read another review that they add an extra few bucks in tip if you pay with card! That’s illegal, so if you end up here, check your balance to see if they scammed you too! If you’re working for tips fucking earn them and province the quality service people are expecting. Sorry for ranting I just want to save everyone time and money here!

The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because the girls are really nice. However the products they use are not very good. The gels peel really easy. After about a week they start to peel. They also don’t sterilize their instruments. They just put them in the sterile bags to make it look like they do. However I work in a dental office and I know that the sterile bags have indicators on them to show when they’ve been properly sterilized. The guy who runs the shop isn’t very nice to the girls. It’s sad to be honest. I go to Pink Petals now, and my gel lasts for 3 weeks with no peeling.

I have been going here for about 2 years and they always have done a good job. Except, today when I paid the lady accused me of having a fake debit card because the numbers weren’t raised. Believe that if I had a fake credit card I wouldn’t be buying a $ 30.00 pedicure!

Great salon salon across the street from my house! They do a good job and everyone is very friendly. You can usually get in really quick and don’t have to wait long

Got an infection in two toe nails after a pedicure here! It’s been 5 weeks and I’m still fighting the infections.
In addition, my manicure was covered in tiny bubbles due to them using old clear coat.
But a crappy manicure is nothing compared to unsanitary equipment that cause infections!

I love this salon! The staff are all terrific and friendly and they do a great job. Very well managed and clean. Prices are reasonable too

Came in for a pedicure, they really didnt make you feel Welcome not bad service. Very quiet here. I wish they could understand a little better. I like to have my feet soak for awhile but she didn’t understand, and the place wasn’t busy either. Seemed to be in a hurry! Will give it another shot. I had Jessica

Well we found our new nail salon! My Mom & I had about 45 minutes before I had to pick up the kid… ran in with my mom told them we were very short on time. The staff was very accommodating. The service was wonderful & well priced. We left relaxed how did that happen? You got our business will be back every two weeks!

The ladies here are really sweet and they do a great job but aren’t terrbily overpriced. I got this lighter yellow gel color on my nails but felt it needed a 3^rd coat the next day. Tammy was so sweet, she waited for me until I got off work and did another coat for me really quick. The salon is spacious and clean, they also have fun pedicure chairs for little girls, so cute!

Don’t use your credit or debit card here.
I went here for just a standard manicure and the employee padded the tip. She spent the whole manicure trying to up-​sell me, but I politely declined and still gave her a $ 3 tip on a $ 12 job for a total of $ 15. I guess this wasn’t enough for her and upon checking my bank statement two days later, I noticed after the charge cleared that I was charged $ 17 instead.
The worst part of this isn’t that I was charged $ 2 more than I agreed, it was that when I called to have them correct the mistake the person on the phone denied it. He also said that «this happens all the time, people complain and they have their bank change it.» This tells me that they are in a habit of scamming a little extra on their tips in hopes that no one notices and when they do get caught, the bank corrects it as a simple mistake. Not to mention that this has never happened at any other location where I’ve used this particular card (which I’ve owned for a few years now).
The manicure itself was satisfactory but no more spectacular than what you can get anywhere else. Nevertheless, I won’t be returning.

I finally found my spot! Super clean, new, comfortable nail salon. I had Helen do my toes. Everyone was very sweet, not pushy and were very gentle and professional. They have so many beautiful colors and gel options. They also have 4 tvs! But the environment is relaxing and quiet. I got the spa pedicure with the extra hot oil treatment. They put a warm bag of sweet smelling lotion over my feet to moisturize. It felt great! They do not skimp out on the massage either. My toes look so shiny and prefect. The spa pedicure with hot oil treatment was $ 25. Well worth it. They also do waxes and other services.

I come here often as I live nearby. The staff are always friendly and accommodating to requests. The price Is reasonable for many of the services. Services are pretty quick, especially on a weekday. Weekends are very busy so you may want to all ahead.

Paid $ 17 for salt scrub manicure. I brought my own polish but they had great color selection. Tiffany did a great job she was very attentive and thorough!
I do not live around here but my boyfriend does and since we were just across the street at kohls and I was in desperate need of a Mani we came here. I’m not mad at all very happy with the job I received.

Seriously amazing service at La Jolie! I’ve been here twice now and have zero complaints. Today I had Tina for my gel manicure and Mimi for my pedi (awesome foot massage) last time the girls were equally as wonderful. The facility is very clean and spacious. They offer you bottled water when you sit in their comfy massage chairs. What’s also interesting about this nail salon is they have a full «kids menu». They offer mani’s and pedi’s for the little guys and girls, complete with kids sized spa chairs. (Super cute!) La Jolie is my new favorite nail salon. Can’t wait to come back again! Thanks girls… Keep up the great work!
