Hi, my name is Yo Armendariz. I’m the owner and founder of HB HITS– High Intensity Training Studio, a 4,000sq foot Studio located in Huntington Beach. HB HITS is not a gym; it is a unique Personal Training Studio specializing in 1-​on-​1 fitness instruction, parnter, group and Bootcamps. Each HB HITS client is expertly taught, guided and motivated through supervised total body workouts customized to fit his or her individual goals, needs, limitations and current fitness level.

Typical HBHITS clients are people looking to lose weight, lose fat, change their appearance, increase strength, stamina and flexibility. We also service clients who have specific medical needs — for those looking to prevent injuries, physical rehabilitation (post-​rehab) of new or old injuries as well as individuals looking to enhance athletic performance.

Our professional trainers have worked with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. We deliver results!

History

Established in 2012.

First personal training studio I opened was in 2004 called Club No Mercy, specializing in personal training and athletic based classes. After a couple years, partners and myself bought HB HARDBODY II, and branched back on my own to open up a much larger studio HB HITS. The name HB HITS– stands for High Intensity Training Studio but we cater to everyone and anyone from pre/​post rehab to professional athletes. This new studio features not just training, but wellness such as acupuncture, massage, chiropractic, and sports medicine.

Yo Armendariz is the Première Fitness Trainer in OC. Get in shape with Boot Camp, Circuit Training and Personal Training program at her facility in Huntington Beach, California HB HITS! She practices what she preaches, she stays in shape by competeing in a variety of events. She won Gold Medals as a Jiu JItsu fighter at the Worlds & Pan Ams. Sheis a competitive triathlete and runner in all distances. Competed in races such as Wildflower, Ragnar, Tough MudderSurf City, Long Beach Marathon, LA, etc.

Group Fitness Classes and Personal Training programs focus on the total body including butt, thighs, abs, arms, shoulders and core in order to maximize results in a minimal amount of time. What ever your fitness goals are, Yo will make sure to keep you motivated and on track to make sure you see results quickly!
