History
Established in 2003.
Hana Kitchens was founded by accomplished and world renowned Pastry Chef Michael Hu. As he sees it, the pattern to culinary success naturally starts with the passion for food and then embracing the disciplines of a mentor or mentors. After all, culinarians are craftsmen who learn a trade that is passed down from person to person and food trends evolve from generation to generation.
At Hana Kitchens our mission is to be the resource of support and business advice for culinary entrepreneurs and to be a collective that has the tools and equipment to offer both apprentice and professionals alike.
