Hi, I’m Kathryn Joy, C.P.M.A with Faces by Kathryn Joy!

My interest in Permanent Makeup began in 1989 when as a working licensed esthetician, makeup artist, & salon owner in Huntington Beach, CA. Through these years, I have also collaborated with various cosmetic surgeons and dermatologists in the Orange County area.

I specialize in permanent makeup for the lips, eyebrows, eyeliner, lash fulling/​extensions, scar re-​pigmentation, & various medical tattoo procedures.

Permanent Makeup is meant to enhance your natural features and camouflage any defects. I utilize pigments with a wide range of colors to imitate the soft eyebrow pallet, colors for a natural or dramatic tone for lips, and darker colors for eyes; where eyeliner can be applied as a definite line for a dramatic or sensual look. Eyelash fulling is a soft and subtle shadow where pigment is placed in the lashes, creating a fuller, natural look!
