Extra Storage in Huntington Beach is the best, I had not personally used a storage facility before and the whole process was quick easy and painless. Richard who works on the weekends was so sweet and helpful making sure I had a unit close to the elevator and explaining how to maxamize a smaller unit rather than getting a larger unit at a higher price. The cost was also a lot less than some other places I checked into. I also had some dealings with the owners who were just so friendly and helpful. The whole place is just so clean and well protected. I only had to use the storage for about 9 months but if i need to again i will definitely use this facility.

The owners of this Extra Storage deserve more than 5 stars. I can’t put into words how much I appreciate them. After being a very hard customer to deal with, Susan was still so helpful and polite. I know they live on site & care a lot about the safety of everyone and their belongings. I would gladly do work with them again if I was in the area.

Have had a storage unit with Extra Storage for 12 years! I kept it such a long time because it’s such a safe, clean facility and has such an affordable price! The owners live on site, and they are the nicest, most helpful folks you could ever wish for. Very safe area, and very clean — I’ve never seen one bug or critter of any kind. Best storage facility I’ve ever used — hands down. Up-​to-​date electronic gate too. Highly recommend this place!

I paid a visit to Extra Storage today based upon previous Unilocal reviews in the Huntington Beach area, where I needed to store some gear. Also checked their website and others to confirm their prices were as good or better for the size unit I need then any local competitor.
Usually the best price doesn’t come with the best service. But I was so happy with the service and prices provided by Joe and Susan that I booked a 10×15 first-​floor space immediately, and for a price less than second-​floor spaces elsewhere. All was handled promptly and efficiently, and I couldn’t be more satisfied from the outset.

The guys here are so awesome. They have always taken care of me. I’ve been coming here for almost 7 years and have never once had a problem. It is very much a family atmosphere. Today the guy that help me at the front was so nice helpful and really talkative. He really help me with my issue and went above and beyond. I’d recommend them to absolutely anyone.

Not only does this company have EXCELLENT customer service, but they are VERY affordable. I have been renting from them for over two years now and EACH and every interaction I have with their employees has been pleasant and professional.
They have a very customer friendly website, you can make payments online and they even call you to remind you of your payment if your dude date is approaching.
If you are looking for a storage company, Extra Storage aces the test in my opinion.
