Elan Huntington Beach

As a new resident who moved cross country from the East Coast I could not have asked for a better team of people or a nicer complex. No smoking anywhere in complex permitted is a plus! The management team is wonderful– so nice even after I’ve asked a zillion questions. The maintenance team is incredible!!! They have bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and are just so nice. Good choice for my first place in SoCal!
Pros: fitness center ²⁴⁄₇; pool; clubhouse with pool table; parking garage; clean and brand new. Great layouts. Washer and dryer. Maintenance team wonderful as is office!
Cons: a little echoey on the patios since its concrete

I worked a catering job at this apt complex and I have to say, the complex is AMAZING. Beautiful, on trend, state of the art, modern. We catered a meet and greet for the complex and I’ve never served a more positive and warm crowd. Henry is an absolute joy to be around. His energy is infectious. I forget the gal’s name that was working with Henry but she was a sweeeeeetheart as well. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience working there and would love to be a resident based on my experience!

First off, I would like to say, I’m very picky about certain things. Cleanliness, neighborhood, and looks.
I would give 5 stars for all 3 categories.
My roommate and I first went to boardwalk by Windsor on Edinger and was greeted by a very nice lady. She was great, but the only apartment in our price range available had Windows facing the carport. Not nice at all. So we decided to look around for a better fit and came across Élan.
Claudia greeted my roommate and I as we walked in and so did Henry. They were very helpful and friendly right off the bat.
She had a few model apartments that looked amazing! But we wanted a nice view. So after walking us into about 4 different floor plans we found the one! See pics.
Couldn’t be happier.
Pros: friendly staff & maintenance, beautiful hardwood floors, nice bathrooms, modern kitchen with cool backsplash, large open windows, and nice VIEW of the pool or street (depending on floor plan).
Cons: make sure u have them check the washer before using because some of the apartments had a leak.
There are some ants (good thing pest control comes around every Thursday). Parking is still under construction.
Will update in November when pool is all done.
