Dominque Jones has been in the fitness industry for over 8 years and has assisted many individuals toward their weight loss, and muscle building goals. Specializing in performance training, Dominque Jones works with you to maximize your performance output in the gym which will inherently translate to weight loss, physical strength and endurance. History
Established in 2014.
Dominque Jones obtained her Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies and Interdisciplinary Studies. She obtained her Aerobics instruction and Personal training license certification through American Sports and Fitness Association. She has been a huge advocate in the community for proper health and nutrition and how to obtain this in a balanced and sustainable way since 2007. For 7 years Dominque also has been teaching spin classes, advanced boot camp courses and marathon training as well. Dominque’s personal training skills and interpersonal skills meld together making her stand out as not only highly capable but in great demand.
