Dey’s Doughnuts and Croissants

I like the ham and cheese croissant and the lady owner is always very friendly and welcoming.

I came here this morning to grab some donuts for me and my bf. was craving their buttermilk. but I came too late cuz there were only 2 trays left. so I got sprinkles and crumbs donuts. And she went behind and put in fresh doughtnut holes again. She hooked it up again! This will be my GO TO donut shop. Let’s all support local businesses! This Chinese lady makes all her donuts fresh and light and not greasy and heavy. I think a lot of people don’t share this place because it is that good lol…

This place is a gem in the donut world. The donuts are always fresh, warm and delicious. They are generously filled without fail. She’s even filled the donut holes on occasion as a treat. The owner is super nice and pleasant to talk to. Get there early since she closes as soon as donuts are gone, which is by 11am. I recommend without hesitation.

I’ve always loved this place. The lady is so nice, like your grandma. Get there early or all your favorites will be gone.

Fantastic donuts. Warm donut holes, nice variety (but you need to go early because she sells out quickly). The owner herself is very very pleasant and always greets us like we are old friends. Definitely our favorite donut shop!

Definitely a place I will be coming back. This is a place that is made for earlier birds, but if you had one of those days where your body decides to cheat you of sleep and you want to make it up with fresh donuts then this is the place. Most important thing that is not listed:
Opens from 5 AM-​12 PM M-​F or until out of donuts (I went on a Tuesday at 9:20 AM and there was only 3 trays left).
Sat and Sun close at 12 PM or until out. (Sorry was in a rush and did not pay too much attention to the opening time)
I got 3 donuts for $ 2.40 ($ 0.80 each) and got 6 free donut holes. The quality and taste is great. You can tell all the donuts were fresh and had a little crunch texture and not a flat taste (a good comparsion is like fresh soda with the fizz to a flat stale soda, and Dey got the fizz ;D).
Will need to try the ham and cheese croissant next time and maple bars.

Not many donuts left when I went in at 9am but I am not upset… The ones I had were delicious!
Nice warm donut holes. Amazing customer service– smiles, laughs, interest, generosity. Maple bar was yummy. The dough they make is yummy… You can peel it off in single layers and it just melts in your mouth.
I will try other donut shops but this will be my go to if someone is in town and they want donuts… Yum!

Fair pricing. Fresh eats and a pleasant hard working lady. She even gives you complimentary donut holes with purchase. I love the ham and cheese croissants.

The customer service is AMAZING! They bend over backwards to help their customers. It’s wonderful to see a small family run business do so well. I know the reason is great service, prices, and product.

Great tasting donuts and very friendly owner. A neighborhood delight. The donut holes are fantastic too! We drive past several donut shops to get to Dey’s. They’re really better!

LOVE the donuts! Love love love the owner! The donuts are fresh & delicious. I always get there early so I don’t know about the quantity later in the morning. The apple fritters are DELISH! Other places taste greasy, theirs are great.

Donuts are really fresh but I wish they would charge a little more and use higher quality ingredients, the flavor is really lacking. Donuts should have nutmeg in them, frosting should have flavors instead of just sugar. However most donut stores have low quality and stale donuts cooked in old grease these were fresh which is unusual.

Came here on a whim one Sunday morning before work, really just wanting a coffee, but hey, I’m at a donut shop! What jack ass is gonna only get coffee? Not I, so I of course indulged in a donut… aaaaaaaand a ham and cheese croissant.
My coffee was standard weak run of the mill Folgers or something. My ham and cheese croissant was alright, I like Donut Star’s in the depths of Santana much more. The cheese did not impress me but it wasn’t horrible.
There was something about the donut though. I got a chocolate twist. The flavor of the donut is a little different than other donut shops and I don’t know how to explain it. I’m guessing that it’s the oil it’s fried in but it reminds me of the donut holes my babysitter would make when I was a kid. That was forever ago but this memory came back, and it was a good one.
I try to avoid donut shops like the plague seeing as I would weigh a ton if I frequented them more often. I may come again if I get the odd craving.

There seem to be plenty little doughnut shops in this area but decided to check this place out.
I’m not new to the doughnut game and this was some good stuff!
I arrived around 9am and let me to you, get there early! There wasn’t much of a selection but I was able to try a decent selection.
I recommend the ham and cheese croissant warmed up. So yum yum and could be a meal all in itself!

I love the owner here. She’s so friendly, cute, and fun. Every time I come for donut holes, she knows! Even when I haven’t been here in so long, she somehow knows I always get the same thing. She would tell her customers that a fresh batch is coming out in a minute or so to alert everyone if they want to wait or not. Service is quick and prices are cheap!
