Tanya is so amazing and friendly! I love coming in here. She custom makes all my suits and they always fit perfect. She has lines for more curvy girls also and really makes you feel so comfortable when coming in to pick out what you want. She helps you with making the best bikini to fit you right! What a great place! Been going to her for 10 years now and she never disappoints! Home of the original scrunch butt bikini! Definitely recommend.

Wow their prices have really sky rocketed. The quality is not a $ 95 bathing suit. I have several of these suits, and the single stitching will fall apart after a few wears. Back when I would purchase from Dare Me, the suits were only around $ 45.

Since I discovered this place a few years ago, it’s been my «go to» store for bikinis. The selection is huge. They have a large variety of fun styles and prints, and a lot of bright color combinations that look great when you’re tan. I particularly like the scrunch and rio cuts. My husband and I travel quite a bit and I’m always approached by other women who comment on how cute my suits are and want to know where I got them. I can’t wait for my next trip so I can wear the ones I just bought!!! Thanks Dare Me!!!

The store had a big selection and the bikinis were reasonably priced. They fit better than any bikinis I’ve bought in the past, but I haven’t worn them in water yet so not sure how they’re going to hold up. The store can also make custom bikinis if you have a design in mind, which seems pretty nice. Overall, I’d say it’s worth checking out.

First off there is a gate blocking the entry way because the owner HAS to have her dog there, at the shop. (Unprofessional is my first thought.) Second of the staff aka (owner) was rude and not inviting. She doesn’t know anything about customer service clearly. No hello, no good bye, no thank you, no nothing. Judging off the bathing strings, it’s 909 trashy suits. Sorry for being so rude but I did not have a good experience.

Dare me bikini has the best selection of bikinis! They have high end one of a kind bikinis. They also have an amazing selection of scrunch butts, and cute fun prints! They are priced pretty reasonable compared to other companies/​stores. And often times they have amazing sales! Not the mention the customer service and shipping option is awesome!

Number 1 we pulled up at 1200 (opens at 11 evidently) and there was a sign up that says «call this number and I can be there in 5 mins and you will get 15% off». I call and she says 10 mins. 17 minutes later she rolls up. Gives some excuse and really it didn’t matter. Unless you are a stripper you dont want to shop here. Bikinis were cheaply made and had the bling and lace and literally looked like one dip in the pool and it would fall apart. If zero stars were an option I would give it zero stars. So not worth the wait for the owner to decide to show up.

Best suits by far, made extremely well in Beautiful prints and designs with great color options and even custom made suits just for you in 100’s of choices. Tanya is by far the sweetest person and will help you get a suit that looks amazing on you!

I myself have been a customer for about 7 years now and am still wearing my FIRST swim suit I purchased from Dare Me. They hold up great through the season’s… I have bought many suits from Dare Me and have had many compliments as they are one of a kind. I’ve also ordered multiple suits custom made in which there turn around time is rather quick. I have tried multiple other bathing suit shops in which NONE compare to Dare Me!

The best, cutest and well made CUSTOM bikinis EVER! I have always had problems finding bikinis for my chest size and this is by far the best solution ever. You can pick your own fabrics and they will custom make your suit in just under a week. So worth it and it’s my only go to place for bikinis now. I get SO many compliments when I wear them. LOVE!!!

I had a swimsuit purchased for me from Dare Me Bikini. I was not able to be there but due to there AMAZING customer service and questions asked via phone i received the most PERFECT swimsuit ever! Dare Me Bikini is a great place to find a scrunchy butt bikini. The styles are uniquely their own, but they are always coming out with new ones. There are various prints and recently they’ve started making more solid colors. They’ve also started to sell separates as well as sets (their separates are mix and match though).
The price is pretty moderate to a little pricey. I’ve seen bikinis there for $ 59.99 to upwards of $ 150.00 for a set. Their separates range from $ 20-​$ 30 per piece.
What’s nice about the store is that if you really like one of the styles but you cant find the print you’re looking for or the right size, they do offer a custom service for an additional $ 20 to the cost of the set. You can pick your fabric from their extensive choices, your trim color and they will also size you where necessary.
I’ve been in here several times and the service varies every time I come in. Sometimes it’s very good and i feel very well taken care of, others it’s not as good. The only other downside to this cute bikini boutique is that none of the bikinis have underwire. If you’re looking for a «bra style» top this isn’t the shop for you. Although the owner, Tanya, a very busty woman claims to have no problem without the underwire in terms of support.
All-​in-​all, Dare Me Bikini is a great place to shop for a cute scrunchy butt bikini and at least worth a peek! Hope this helps!

I mean not even a hello when I’m the only one in the whole shop. Ridiculously poor customer service. And, the bathing suits are way over priced.

I am obsessed with bikinis!
I live nearby here and never got the chance to stop in and check out their bathing suits. I came in the other day to see what they had. It is almost exactly like Chynna Dolls if you have ever been there. I use to live nearby Chynna Dolls and miss it very much. Here they had the same cute little bikinis with scrunch butt. They have the lace tie bottoms and cute prints in every color.
Its mostly all bikinis and not much more. The girl behind the register told me that you can costume make your own bikini for an extra $ 25. Most bikini ranges around $ 50. I think that is moderate price for these bikinis. The girl also told me that they also have a store downtown. I cannot wait to come back to get something for my Vegas trip =)

Eh. I was disappointed with their selection and the helpfulness of the girl. Strings by Judith in Orange blows this place out of the water.
I still ended up buying a $ 65 bikini that I am pretty confident I will never wear in public. Their largest top sizes only go to large — and that’s only on a select few. Most of them are either S-​M or M-​L. SBJ’s goes up to XXXL tops and will actually make a custom one for you if you need larger. It’s hard out there for big natty boob girls.
But, if you are looking for a standard bikini place in the area, dare me is decent. Check it out, I dare you. I triple dog dare you.

When I used to work in OC, I would stop by and buy my girl sets of these suits for clubbing and 4 the beach. Assuming its the same place as I knew it (DAREWARE), I liked the styles, colors and prints but its was definitely on the pricey end. Not as bad as like Trashy Lingerie, but a tinge less.
After a couple of classes and hours in the sewing chair, we started making our own for fun and stopped buying here and at others places. Overtime, I have run into other shops and manufacturer’s so it always boils down to price for me. Lots of competition now, especially with online stores like Playboy and Flirt or storefronts like Spearmint Rhino, Trashy, Playmates of Hollywood and the other billion shops in LA. However, there are only 2 in OC that I used to frequent.
Overall, the cute suits are always expensive especially in summer. Lots of strippers get they’re shit here and if your lady has the bod for it, stop by and check it out if you on your way to the Beach.
