Well, I like to think that I can create just about anything. Even if I’ve never made it, I like to challenge myself by giving it a shot and working at it until it I feel like it’s up to Dani Cupcakes standards. As far as my specialty, judging by the reactions of my friends and family, I would definitely have to say that my beer cupcakes rank among my top creations. I’ve perfected the recipe so that I’m able to use just about any beer, and still leave you wanting more.

History

Established in 2009.

After graduating from the National Culinary School, in La Mesa, Ca, I decided to perfect my craft by baking almost non-​stop. I like to think that I got so good at it, that word of mouth caught up to me, and I started getting orders for birthdays, anniversaries, and even a wedding or two thrown in the mix. I’ve finally decided that it’s time to expand this business, and share my passion with all of you. I just hope that you enjoy what I do, as much as I do.

I’ve always loved to create things in the kitchen, but I’ve always gotten the most satisfaction out of my baked creations. While enrolled at the National Culinary School in La Mesa, CA, my love for baking grew exponentially, and I really perfected my craft. I was able to create cakes, cookies, and brownies for all occasions. This is also where I discovered my famous «beer cupcakes» that I’ve become known for.

After graduation, I took some time off from the grind (hey, baking is tiring!), but I’ve come to realize that it really is my passion. I’ve added many things to my menu, and I have no intention of slowing down anytime soon.
